Wow. I don’t go down town much but I happen to see this in reviews and figured I had to try. I got there early right after they opened on Christmas Eve and there was a long line. That is always a good sign. People were leaving with bags full. I ordered the spinach feta croissant. And it was amazing! I have the chocolate croissant to try for later. I’m glad I made an early morning trip and will definitely be stopping in again. The staff was very attentive, nice and helpful.

I love this place ! I got an eggs flourentine Benedict with London fog chai latte ! All delicious and great atmosphere ! I always have to buy a signature card too when I’m here . Just a really cool place to see and experience here in Roanoke

Really lovely spot with wonderful selection of goodies. We went on Sunday for breakfast which was delicious and not too pricey. We then ordered a cookie, a brownie and a healthy cranberry scone to go. We also got one of their cards. The place is really beautiful and the service was prompt, staff was friendly and attentive.

Great little spot for coffee and a pastry. I actually can't speak much on the pastry as I'm one of those people that doesn't eat bread. My daughter loves the chocolate croissants. I'm here because wowza their coffee provides the heaviest dose of caffeine in the entire county. When I need to peel myself off the floor and really get things done I come in for the dose of 100 octane racing fuel. It's excellent.

If you're looking for absolutely incredible baked goods and a lovely place to eat them, then this is the place you're looking for. The atmosphere is great - somehow both relaxed/cozy and upscale. The service is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Totally recommend.

Absolutely delicious food. Great atmosphere and very courteous staff. We had excellent breakfast:
Vanilla Cafe latte
Ham & cheese croissant
Plain croissant
Chorizo quiche
Spinach croissant
Baguette
Everything was to notch. Having worked in a French bakery, I would say this is very authentic to what you would consider french style breads.
Although a little on the pricey side, it is worth every penny and left us (2 adults) with plenty of leftovers.
We will definitely visit again and most definitely recommend this bakery.

Kind, helpful staff. Quick coffee and iced vanilla latte. Delicious double chocolate scone. Other baked goods looked fresh and tasty. Healthy Asiago and mushroom omelette with sour dough bread on top. Wonderful clean easily accessible bathroom. Many tables. Easy stroller access and kid friendly

I have annoyingly high bread and pastry standards, and the items I purchased from Bread Craft (Campagna loaf and browned butter rhubarb Danish) exceeded expectations! I just had a brief moment to pop in and pick up a few items before heading back to Charlotte, but next time I'm in the area I'll be sure to dine in as so many others were doing. What a great place to have a little breakfast or lunch!

I had the best croissant in my life here - very flaky crispy crust and a tender but not doughy or mushy inside. One was filled with chocolate and raspberry, which may not always be available. The other was filled with spinach and feta cheeses - much like spanakopita, and was also excellent. There were a variety of breads that looked tempting. The atmosphere and decor was upscale casual, with brick walls, wall art, and granite tables. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They looked like they enjoyed working there! I highly recommend this place. It will be a must stop on my trips through Roanoke.

I am writing this in excitement. I just tried their butter croissant, tomato basil mozarella bagguette sandwich, and a sweet surprise of delicious pastry(I am sorry I don't know its name) from the house as well. They are all SOOO GOOD. The staffs are welcoming and sweet as well.
Glad I found this authentic french style pastry shop in the area - for me near Blacksburg. I would definitely go back many times to try more.😀

Breakfast was excellent. The chocolate croissant flaky and delicious. Lots of tables in a large and chill space. Even the homemade pickles were perfect! Great service.

Such a cute little place! Its very clean and the employees are very inviting and sweet. The pastry girl compliments everybody in line for their delicious food. Yummy breakfast at a reasonable price.

Wow, first time here, and we loved it! The selection of baked they had was amazing! We had two different croissants, an americano, and a French press. It was all delicious! And the service was great. We will be back.

Bread craft is amazing! Their fluffy cheddar cheese biscuits and delectable dessert offerings with a Parisian interior feels make it is the premier bakery - cafe in downtown Roanoke! Wish I took more photos. Any and everyone will love this place!

The best brunch place in Roanoke. My husband and I are there almost every weekend.

The menu differs from weekday to weekend, and they also switch up the options with weekend specials, seasonal add ons, and just in general to take off less popular items for new explorations.

Their breads are the best. It doesn't matter which one you get; it will be delicious. They have a bread basket option on weekends that we always get. Beyond that their pastries vary each day and are fresh and delicious. The menu items are also good and I'm usually changing up what I get to try something new. Very rarely doess anything not exceed expectations.

Can't say enough nice things about this place. Even their ice tea is good.

One of my favorite places in this world. Their croissants are heavenly. Their seasonal london fog croissants live on in my dreams. We used to go EVERY friday morning without fail, and since moving from Roanoke it is a MUST STOP every time we visit. The hands down best breakfast in the city. A little pricy but it is WORTH IT.

I'm French and I can say they are many French bakeries/pastry shops that don't taste as good. I'm so happy I found this place! Visually, as well as flavour wise and texture wise, it takes me right back to the best places from home! #lesshomesicknow

Best patisserie in Roanoke! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious artisan pastries. This was our first time there- looking forward to returning:)

This is a charming little cafe tucked back from the street, with a few indoor tables and a tantalizing row of pastries and breads to select from. I had a chocolate croissant and an unsweet iced tea and both were perfection. My friends had the sandwiches which they said were also excellent.

I’m so thankful there still exists a place that’s this darn good!! Wow! Everything you all do there to turn out such amazing delicious exciting food doesn’t go unnoticed! I will rave to all that I know what a wonderful place this truly it!!
