My experience with Townside plumbing and the plumber, Clay Redboy, was excellent. It was tough getting through to get an appointment but once it was made, smooth sailing and great communication. Job was handled quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

They removed my old water heater, hauled it away, and installed a new Bradford White Power Vented Water heater with electronic ignition including obtaining all required permits and inspections. Justin Chenault, Senior Technician, did an excellent job. He was prompt, professional, and did excellent work. Also he took time to answer all of my numerous questions. Appreciate the great experience. Will use again.

This was our second experience with Townside Plumbing. Both technicians were highly experienced and did an excellent job resolving the issue. Both also made sure they’d cleaned up any mess associated with the repair. 100% satisfied with the work and pleasant, professional attitude on both occasions!!

They installed a new water for us and it had a bad thermostat. They stayed in contact with me until the technician could get back to fix it. James was our technician. He did a great job and came back and fixed the issue. He is a great guy.

I recently bought a new refrigerator but Lowe's wouldn't hook up the water line for my ice maker and water for liability purposes i was told. They will hook up the hose only if i had the metal head on the end already. I attempted to do it myself but wasn't sure if i did it correctly.
I called TownsSide Plumbing and the manager Eric(Reese) was very polite and understanding to my situation. He got me scheduled fast and sent a friendly man name Chase to help.
Long story short, i was informed the saddle valves in those universal icemaker kits are not up to plumbing code!! Chase removed the valves & got
me up to code and I am one HAPPY CUSTOMER! I HAVE WATER & ICE!

James was very Professional and Did a wonderful Job on putting in our new water heater. The only Thing I don't like is not getting an itemized bill. I like to see exactly what I am paying for and how much for each item. I Highly Recommend James

Chase installed our hot water heater in a manner that showed his knowledge and professional workmanship. We were totally satisfied with his efforts.

Chase and Justin did an excellent job with installing a pressure valve on the main house supply. Many problems with high house pressure were resolved. I would highly recommend Townside Plumbing for any plumbing related issues you may be having. They will take care of any problems quickly and professionally.

Showed up on time, very nice person. To bad my insurance company wouldn't cover my problem but will definitely used them in the future.

I truly enjoyed my experience with this company. Everyone was very friendly and patient with me when I had questions while scheduling my installation. I had two toilets removed and two new toilets installed. The technician arrived on time and did a great job.

Chase just left after putting in my new faucet. In addition, he replaced the detergent and other cleaning products under the sink without my asking. Also, fixed my cabinet door 😄!. What a nice, professional and helpful young man. Along with price versus others, I highly recommend Townside plumbing services.

Townside plumbing was sent out by our home warranty company to resolve a couple of issues with a faulty toilet and leaking washing machine connections. John Bassett was the plumber and he did a great job in getting everything fixed in a professional and timely manner. He kept us informed about his arrival time and explained everything that needed to be done. Also I was greeted by a very kind and polite lady who coordinated everything. Woke up to an awful situation thank god they had a 2-4 appointment open for the same day. Chase arrived early was professional kind and got the job done. Fair priced would definitely recommend.

Justin did a great job. Installed 2 toilets in a very short time. I have used this company before and they have always done a great job.

John not only fixed the leak we called about but one we hadn’t noticed yet. Polite and efficient. Hardest part of the process we getting ahold of someone to make an appointment.
