This place is awesome! Vinny, one of the managers, was very friendly as he greeted us and took us to our table. Camry was our server. She was amazing! The food came quickly. I had the Key West Bowl with shrimps. One of the best plates I have ever had. Beautiful presentation. Then the Guava Cheesecake was to die for. Thank you Camry for your great service! Great food, great service, great atmosphere! I highly recommend Hemingway's Tavern. I can't wait to return and try their other dishes. Five stars for sure!

Had a perfect birthday lunch at the Tavern. Really great atmosphere. A lot of historic references to the fiction master, Hemingway himself. As a fan, I was enthralled. As a foodie, it got even better. I had the special Buffalo chicken sandwich. I loved the hot sauce and the blue cheese crumbles were perfect to cool off the heat. The wife had the shrimp tacos. The coleslaw was fresh and tangy, and the sauce on the tacos had a light, lime and avocado flavor. The drink prices are great and expertly crafted. I saw a smores martini go by for another table. Looked like something worth coming back for. We had plantain bread pudding for desert...so good!

Always worth the wait. Food is amazing and priced appropriately for the portion sizes. Atmosphere is like nothing else in the area. The black bean dip and mojo pork bowl are must tries.

My boyfriend and I went here for the first time recently and we loved it! We forgot to take a picture of our food but it was so good and they have so many options, definitely going to be coming back soon. Rosie was our server and she was amazing, very attentive and helped with any and all accommodations we asked for. Shout out to the chefs for making such amazing food and bartender for the proud lemonade! You all made the experience so much better.

This is my must-go-to spot in Melbourne. Everything from the service to signature cocktail and main dishes were incredible! To start my bubbly bartender, Cassandra, made me a Key Lime Pie martini 🍸 and oh my was it decadent! Creamy, slight tangy and refreshing, this is the epitome of dessert in a Graham cracker rimmed glass.

I absolutely loved the Key West Bowl with super tender and juicy mojo pulled pork wit chimichurri sauce and pineapple salsa over jasmine rice 😋👌🏼! It was savory, sweet and a hearty portion. My fiancé kept saying how the linguini carbonara with blackened chicken was some of the best carbonara he’s had in a long time! The caramelized onions were perfect and the blackened chicken was tender while adding a kick to the dish.

It has a fun, relaxed environment with a big bar and plenty of tables, but there is usually a wait - so consider making a reservation.

Will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

Very good lunch! I enjoyed the steak sandwich which had chimichuri sauce, fried plantains, and carmelized onions! Nice table outside on a beautiful day enhanced the experience. The service was great and they were able to easily accommodate our group of 10.

This could be my new favorite restaurant. I had the Key West bowl with chicken and my friend had the Snapper Hemingway with a side salad and everything was totally delish! (Snapper pic shows peppers n onions he pulled out of very large side serving of veggies.)

Came with a friend for lunch this week. When we arrived, they told us it would be about a 15 minute wait. It ended up being only 5. I ordered a cuban lunch special with a Caesar salad. Service was quick and friendly. The food was very good! And I'll definitely need to go try the cafecito some time!

The food is always delicious. Our waitress was so sweet and gave us great recommendations. The restaurant has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. You can't go wrong here.

The food was very unique. I got the Guava BBQ burger and the flavor was incredible! I would also recommend their fried plantains and guac.

Love this place. The food is great, I recommend the Cuban or the Alfredo. Of course the truffle fries. The atmosphere is really chill. We love the ambiance of sitting outside. The staff was very accommodating and service was on point. Great place to go and you can pass on dessert cause Ben and Jerry's is right next to it. But if you wanted to get theirs I'm sure it would be delicious, we just felt like ice cream.

My family and friends and coworkers have been telling me about this place’s because I love trying out restaurants.
Everything was absolutely delicious. I had a Cuban sandwich. My sister-in-law had a lobster bisque and also had the chicken melt Caprese. And Mom had snapper tacos.
It was so good I’m meeting my friend back there again this Friday .

We rode our bikes up to have brunch today as they offer it both on Saturdays and Sundays! My daughter has the coconut rum waffles and I had the Havana Benedict. My husband went with soup (chorizo burger soup!) and salad. Everything was wonderful and the service was fast.

Ok...well, went here on a whim. Was not a waste, at all! Best food the wife and I have had in a while. We had the Valentines Day Special, and we were not disappointed. The picture is the Seafood Pealla. Outstanding, the wait staff was awesome. I can not give the staff any higher marks, even while extremely busy!!

Likely one of the best burgers I've ever had in this zip code - the Guava BBQ Burger with the crispy onion rings inside it was definitely something to remember.

Amazing atmosphere. Amazing staff even the hostess was so cute with the kids. Went on tuesday to enjoy $6 martini day. I got the island steak sandwhich. It was amazing.

Fantastic place to have a meal and drinks!! Our server isabella was super awesome!! The food is amazing and the decor is so inviting! Can’t wait to visit again and next time we will try the filet! Thank you guys for everyrthing!!
