I came in looking for a suit for a wedding coming up and was helped by the incredibly talented Barria. She didn't even need to measure me, everything she had me try on fit perfectly. I left feeling happy and confident. I'll be looking my best at this wedding, for sure, and it'll all be thanks to the attentive and caring way in which Barria does her job.

Gerald went out of his way to help me smell almost every cologne to find the sent I was looking for. He was amazing and so kind!

Great place to get some dress shoes, I have wide feet so almost everything hurt my feet, I got a pair of dress shoes from here, when I say soft like butter and comfortable leather shoes, love it.

Went in for a skin cleanser by Estee Lauder. Bought it, used it, and was exceedingly pleased.

Luca was amazing when I went in with my aunt to just walk around and ended up chatting with Luca and smelling the awesome colognes and getting recommendations!! Luca deserves a raise

Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff, a little pricey

Found a really cute sports bra bathing suit top! Now I know to come here for bathing suit tops! My only problem was that they dint have my size in the bottoms for it. I couldn't let the top though, so I bought it. I found a different bottom and I think it looks better then the original. Could have been because it was a sale. But it didn't kill me so all good, no hard feelings!

As usual always clean and organized. The salesperson was extremely helpful in leading us to items we were specifically looking for in her department and a couple of others.

The staff here is extremely helpful. Came here to get a birthday present for my friend and left with the perfect one. I recommend this over Macy's for men's items.

We just had the best experience at the Dillard's Men's Department and wanted to share. We were looking for a modern dress shirt with a good fit for my husband (who is in his 60s but looks younger, and is in good shape) for an upcoming wedding. As Floridians our normal style is very casual and a dress shirt hasn't been needed for quite awhile. Carlos in the Men's Department was SO helpful! He knew the brands and fits and also intuited exactly what I was looking for for my husband. We received such wonderful service, it reminded me of days gone by when men's stores catered to each customer as if they were their best customer. Thank you Carlos!

I absolutely love this place! I went today to buy some new clothes after having surgery, so it was a little hard for me to get around. The ladies there were so helpful and really made my trip special, when it could have been a real hardship. It was a real pleasure to be treated so kindly, even when I looked like I was wearing pajamas. 😂 So thank you April and Colleen for making this experience such a joy, it really meant a lot. I can't wait to come back.

The staff in women's dresses was great at giving directions and I helping me find the right size! I don't usually have such success in shopping. Thanks everyone at Dillards!

This is one of my favorite places to shop in my local area. Great deals on clothing, shoes, bedding and more. It's a convenient place to shop and the Born brand of shoes are quite comfortable on my unusual sized foot. The colognes are a nice selection not found everywhere. The staff are polite and the place is well maintained.

They always seem to have exactly what I am looking for.

I just wanted to acknowledge Donna M., Selling Bus Mgr in the Clinique make up department. I have not bought makeup in a very long time and have an important event to attend and wanted to get some advice on what to purchase. I was a little intimated by this task but Donna took the time to go over multiple products, apply them and advise on how to use properly in a kind, patient and humorous way, she was knowledgeable and wonderful and I thank her, Clinique and Dillards (Great Store) and she has now made this event easier for me to face. (no pun intended).

I have bought several things from watches to work clothes over the years and never been disappointed. I would like to give a huge shout out to David in the men’s department for his wonderful service . Being style challenged me and 2 co workers set out not knowing what to expect whilst shopping for new dress / business attire . After hitting men’s warehouse, Macy’s and several other joints we got to dillards . Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable but also attentive. 10/10 would spend my hard earned $ here every single time .
