Initially had an issue finding this place because at night their out side neon sign was not working. Once inside it was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Sat in a nice private booth and looked at a very extensive menu including lots of sushi choices. Ordered pork dumplings and it was a big portion and delicious. Also got a soup for two and it could have fed four. Also delicious. Then came the Peking duck which was the best I had since visiting Hong Kong! Great green tea and prompt service, the prices were reasonable and I think it's the best Asian eatery in Florida!- I just became a regular!

Came for some lunch and everything was excellent. Service and food was good. Szechuan beef and the wife got orange shrimp. Both dishes were delicious. Also got some pork buns. Yum. Hope to get back soon for the hot pot!

By far one of the best experiences I've had. Service was amazing, prompt, and very friendly! We did the all you can eat Hot Pot. Delicious! The choices were very cool. I got to try food I've always wanted to. They have a cool robot food delivery guy. Fun date night for the hubs and I. Atmosphere was relaxing. If you're looking for a fun date night. This is it!!

Until this point, I was convinced that there was no authentic Sichuan food in Melbourne... but wow, was I wrong! If you ask for the 'Traditional Menu', they have a fantastic selection of delicious Sichuan Chinese dishes that you can't find anywhere else in the region. The hot and numbing flavors of Sichuan peppercorns and chilies is unique and absolutely fantastic. I got Dan Dan Noodles and the Chili (Mala) Chicken. Beware - if you're asking for these dishes you're prepared for LOTS of spice and peppers. The flavors are absolutely incredible though, and worth the sweat. The service was great, too. I went for an early dinner on a Friday and it wasn't terribly crowded. I can't wait to go back and try some more!!

We wanted to try something new for our wedding anniversary, so we chose Red Ginger, and we surely weren't disappointed. It started from the amazing service from Lilly to the tasty drink "Pink Lady," to the delicious food "Marry Me Prawn and Mongolian Beef" and yummy Mochi dessert.

The husband even learned to use chopsticks and said if there were 6 stars, he would choose it.

We chose to visit this Chinese hot pot restaurant on a Monday night to experience their new all-you-can-eat (AYCE) hot pot, and we were blown away by the incredible food quality. They offered everything you’d expect from a Chinese hot pot, including a diverse variety of sauces, proteins, and veggies. The sauces provided a delightful range of flavors to enhance our dining experience. The selection of proteins, such as beef, lamb, and seafood, was top-notch, while the vibrant assortment of vegetables added freshness and color to our meal.

What made our visit even more enjoyable was the perfect environment they created. The warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a fantastic evening. Additionally, to our surprise, they also offered karaoke, which added a fun element to our dining experience.

Throughout our visit, the staff also provided attentive and friendly service, ensuring our needs were met. From refilling our hot pot broths to offering recommendations, their expertise and enthusiasm made us feel well taken care of.

BEST Chinese restaurant in Brevard hands down. Dont forget to try the Sesame chicken, authentic and delicious. Also pan fried pork dumplings, Grace's chicken, and their sushi rolls are all wonderful choices. Enjoy!

The hot pot is great. They took some items off the buffet, but ask for them and they will oblige.

Every year, we are invited to an event to celebrate the accomplishments of the prior year's annual Family Christmas Extravaganza and how it served the needs of the community. The food is always delicious, the facilities are clean and staff attentive. I don't travel that far north to eat out usually, but I highly recommend stopping by for some fresh sushi, or if you are not into sushi, just check out their vast menu. Guaranteed to find something to dazzle your taste buds!

Wow, this place is AMAZING! Some of the best Asian fusion food I’ve ever had! We ordered the crispy whole snapper for Christmas Eve dinner and it impressed! It was a huge portion with some of the most amazing sauce. Everything we ordered was amazingly delicious. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, with a cool modern feel. Such a nice staff too. Highly recommended!

This is the prettiest restaurant in Melbourne. Lily is the best and the Pad Thai is the best. Of course, it’s always hard to choose between the Pad Thai and sushi. Come hungry and relax in the great atmosphere.

I've rarely had an experience so enjoyable. The staff has a deft touch, striking a balance between attention to service and leaving us alone to eat. The food is done properly with attention to getting your order correct, first time. The atmosphere is quiet and inviting and always friendly. The whole menu is awesome but come for the hotpot experience. It was good enough to convince a picky 5 year old that mushrooms are his new favorite food. If you're a parent you know just what that means...

When ever I come to the mall, I make sure to stop in to see Lilly. She makes sure everyone is happy and the orders are correct. Lilly makes the whole experience a pleasure.

Our first visit and we are hooked, we come once a week. Not only is the food amazing but the staff are great. We always ask for brooks, he knows exactly what we order. Try the Mongolian beef, so delish.

Outstanding and authentic. Ask for the "traditional menu," which is different than the menu they seat you with. Our photo shows Spicey Lover's Fish, Salt and Pepper Shrimp, Spicey Bok Choy, and Wood (ear) mushrooms. Very delicious!

Had the all-you can eat hot pot (at the table) and it was awesome (sliced brisket, lamb, pork, pork belly, large shrimp, crab, salmon, squid, mushrooms, etc).

Best part was our server Brooks. Stand up guy with great insight into each item, sauce, cook time and flavors. Ask for him when you come in.

Had a very good lunch here today. Service was also very good. Wait was about 15 minutes after ordering, as there were about 10 or 12 tables being served. The chicken teriyaki in the bento box with miso soup and a salad was more than filling.

Love the new items on the menu, the raw oysters are terrific and the mussels are fresh in a delicious broth. Can't wait to try the fresh catch fish, and will follow up when I do. Also, if you don't see what you want on the menu, ask,... there is a lot of talent in the kitchen and they know their stuff. Probably the best BBQ ribs around, also not on menu but available on request. I recommend Red Ginger with confidence, as I am an Executive Chef myself.
