Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We visited this branch for a nice and delicious lunch on Saturday. We went for two Burgers (Avocado Bacon and Burning Love Burger with chicken) and bottomless garlic Parmesan fries and salads. This combination was awesome and we liked it very much. The burger had a good taste and it was very delicious. Especially the chicken burger was made out of a whole chicken filet. The Beef Burger was nice as well, but the patty was a little bit compact and not so juicy, but still a solid one.

I like to mention, that the waitresses were so funny and nice. They did a great job and were so attentive about the bottomless fries and drinks.

We had a great time at the restaurant and can definitely recommend it.

Easily accessible from the main road West New Haven not far from I-95 exit East Bound, plenty of free parking including for handicap accessible vehicles.

Restaurant was clean and well staffed with friendly employees who were adhering to all COVID GUIDELINES as required.

Menu had something for everyone, the food was cooked as ordered and the portions were ample. Prices in our opinion were very fair.

Our Server SHANNON was terrific, she knows her craft and it shows. Just a Super person!

In the area and want some good food give them a visit.

Came by to try the fondue bacon cheese sauce. It was really good. Really great service and very attentive. The food was up to RR standards for sure well cooked and with a very fresh taste. Thanks again.

Today, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was great and fast to come out, but the reason I am writing this review is to Thank a wonderful server me and my coworker had the pleasure of having. Her name is Savannah and she said that she was the training Manager, as soon as we walked through the door she greeted us with a peppy and wonderful energy, making us feel happy and welcome. She was very cautious and helped us out each step of the way while ordering. She had suggested an appetizer and we got the Onion Tower which was also fresh and great. She was one of the best waitresses I have ever had, she was respectful and preppy, and dealt with a employee issue quickly. We will definitely be coming back for more.

First time experience! It was great. Not only do they have bottomless drinks but they have bottomless fries! Food was great.

Had to come here after discovering this chain in Phoenix last week.
Need option for half-size desserts. We shared this one and it was still too big.

I've been here many times and still love this place. They offer mall employee discounts (with business card), which is perfect because they are so close to my work. I had the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and it was delicious, and still got the unlimited fries! It's a must try item.

The burger was cook just right.. It was juicy. There fries are so much better when you get the extra, extra, extra, extra, extra crispy. Try the lettuce wrap burger.

Sarah was very nice. The food was delicious and came out fast. The very raspberry limeade was superb.

My family loves this place. The service is always great and the staff is super friendly. They have unlimited fries with your meal which we never ask for since they give you so much the first time. The milkshakes are incredibly delicious. We tried this pineapple upside down cake with rum last time and I’m craving it. The burger selection is huge and they are all delicious. Yea would definitely recommend this place.

Grabbed a leisurely dinner with friends and had the best experience with food and waitstaff. The Ensenada Chicken was quite tasty and smoky flavored. Service was quick and attentive. Check out was a breeze with the on-table tool that occupies children and adults alike before it shows you your bill and let's you pay. Seven of eight of us were able to check out easily. Our cash-paying friend also had a quick check out, she worked with our server. Hard to judge who was more efficient, but the service was more gracious than the device! We all appreciated getting our sooner, tho!

This was an early lunch and everything was great! The endless salad was good and my husband had the burger with the egg...he said it was excellent! He also had the margarita and I had a sip; it was great! No complaints here! Thanks for a pleasant lunch! Four thumbs up on a job well done!

The food here was great the staff was super friendly kept everything clean the waitresses had face masks and the food came out quick and hot

Good experience. I tried their home made chips. Pretty good if l might say so myself (extra crunchy, if you're into that, too). I was advised l could switch to the regular fries if l didn't like them but that wasn't a problem. LOL!!

Classic Red Robin. We went during an exceptionally busy time (veterans day where they offer free burgers to veterans) and while, like most restaurants, they were short-staffed, our server did an absolutely phenomenal job managing us and her other tables. Supporting staff were fantastic at keeping our drinks full. We had a bit of a mix up with food but they were able to correct relatively quickly. If you're hankering for Red Robin, I'd recommend this one.

My family and I decided to go to Red Robin's for a casual meal and early celebration for my daughter's birthday. Our waiter, Logan, provided average service as a waiter. His assistant, Brittany, exceeded all expectations. She was attentive to our needs, checked on us numerous times, and was very kind. She worked effortlessly to serve multiple tables and did so with a smile all the while. Her personality and work ethic made her stand out among all the other employees.
She made sure my family and I were pleased with the food as well as the service. The food was delicious and exactly as we had requested. We will be dining here again for sure!
