Jackie was exceptional! She was so friendly and greeted me at the door. She made sure I had everything I needed to get comfortable before my facial even started! She had the perfect blend of treatments for my skin, leaving it so much softer and healthier than before! I will be back for Jackie, she’s amazing!

I love going to get my lashes done with Olga. Olga does a great job making me look fabulous and she also waxes my daughter's eyebrows. She's gental with her and also makes sure she looks and feels great. Definitely recommend her to everyone.

Colleen was very professional and did a phenomenal job on my face. I have sensitive skin and she did a good number on me. I highly recommend her for your facial needs. The communication and professionalism are top notch as well as the quality of products she uses.

This experience was beyond expected! I have an appointment with Colleen. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment she offered wine 🍷 so we start with a big big smile. After that she took me to the private room to start my custom facial. She took a look from my face we made a plan and she started, I can’t remember well because I was so relaxed but the best part come at the end… the best head massage I’ve ever experienced, normally you get a 2 minutes massage in the face after a facial, but this time was a 10 minutes HEAD massage, I was feeling so good and I didn’t wanted to finish so I was between enjoying and also suffering because it will end up at some point. This massage give me way more than a physical relief but also an emotional relief and I went out from there feeling amazing. I forgot to mention while I was on my facial she put some beautiful lights on top of the room so it was like I was watching the starts. I can’t explain how much I loved it, as soon as I got out I booked an appointment for my fiancé and you should all do the same. I’ve never wrote a review this long. Best part? I payed 50 dlls plus tip of course.

I met Rick Torres when he was still in his massage school. The minute I experienced the massage with him, I noticed he had a healing ability with his hands. He definitely has a gift. He healed my sciatica and my shoulders pain. He is worth every penny for his massages.
I followed him since. I really can say he is the bestest of the best .

The facials here are amazing!!! It’s so soothing and relaxing, my skin felt so soft and smooth after & I was glowing. I got my eyebrows done as well and I love them! The employees are so friendly and nice, it makes you feel so welcomed!

I was blown away with the pristine beauty of every detail & the cleanliness. I had a delightful mermaid facial by Coleen. She has magic hands and used many uplifting products on me. She included an amazing head massage, which relieved a headache I went in with. My skin was glowing afterward.

I'm getting married Saturday, February 29, 2020. I went to get my eyebrows threaded at a place in the mall.. I won't bad mouth or even mention the name of the establishment because it isn't important. We called this morning (the 26th) and the owner was not only sympathetic and amazing, she got me an appointment immediately for the afternoon. I got in with April Vandegrift, she was able to save the botched job from this morning and my eyebrows, while not perfect because the other person took too much and made them uneven, it's hardly noticeable because of April. I 100% recommend The Hidden Spa 💚
