Ferry Parking

It's peaceful at night and a great view watching the sun rise.

It was a nice and clean parking lot. It took a little bit to get there, by going through neighborhood streets, but once there it is a very short walk to the ferry. The 2 times I parked there, there were no issues.

It is just a parking lot with a lot of room.

Expensive but very convenient to the ferry.

No public restroom.

Got there and there is no clear way to park. Very confusing.

No clear signage that this is a free or paid for parking lot, although an unpleasant looking guy with a baseball bat is demanding cash ($10) from anyone parking there. No uniform, no ID just a hand painted sign stating that the parking lot is taxed. Dodgy as anything. Don't park here, better park in one of the side streets for free.

Some guy tried to charge me $20 dollars to park there. No uniforn or any type of identification and I've never paid to park there. It was crazy! Then he got all pissed at me for pulling forward and turning around and trying to find somewhere else to park instead of searching in the street. Not a good look!

Went one week and paid $5 to park, the following week the guy tried arguing with us and telling us it was never $5 and always $10. So we paid $10. He had the audacity to tell us we're lucky hes not making us pay $20. Um...Parking in the street next time. So unprofessional and RUDE.

Parking is t bad...but we wasted 11$ because we paid before we made sure the ferry was running...check first, pay after!!

Parked here with no official indication to rate. No receipt to indicate parking was paid for the vehicle. Paid $10.

No signage, but a dude in a booth with a cooler told me that it would be $10 to park there. I told him I wasn't interested in paying that and parked on the street closer for free. Shady.

Note, they rent overnight to RVs and are using it as an unlicensed camp ground. Please do not use this lot, overnight camping illegal

There should some kind of sign or posting to charge what they charge....

Paid 10$ it doesnt look save or legal
