Came in for cold water after a tour nearby. Plenty of options for cold beverages. Everything was neat, clean and well organized.

Stopped here to get some bandaids because I got blisters while walking through town. The pharmacist was so nice and gave me a few so I didn't have to buy an entire box just to throw away the extras. Me and my friends ended up buying some snacks and drinks while we were there and the service was super friendly. The store had well stocked shelves, a good selection of merchandise and also had a few self checkouts!

I had a wonderful experience on September 18, 2014. The Pharmacist Barry Sylvester was coming out of the store and asked me if I needed a lift. I was waiting for my daughter to finish using the cell phone. He felt that it was getting ready to pour down rain. We accepted a lift and he dropped us off at a nice restaurant nearby. The Restaurant was nice and the staff even sang happy birthday to me for my 70th birthday.Barry stopped to chat for a little while and told us of an event at Rock and Bowl on Carrolton Avenue that evening. He even offered to give us a ride if we needed one. We missed the event but was really looking forward to attending. Unfortunately, we overslept after too much sight seeing.
Hats of to Barry for being such a nice man to us strangers in town from NY. His lab coat was so clean it looked like it had never being used.

Very nice staff and one of the most well stocked liquor shelves of any CVS I have ever seen. If you are looking for alcohol while in New Orleans, consider stopping here, the prices are way better than bars and you can drink ( as long as its not a glass bottle) on the streets.

We were here for a concert and we’re stopped by a shoe hustler, he did my shoes and after we tried to give him $13 (all the cash we had on us), but we “owed him” $20. He took us to the ATM inside this CVS, all the while I’m kinda freaking out (there’s only 2 of us and we’re not from a big city), once we got in there I had asked an employee what to do and she told him he needed to leave. I didn’t catch her name, but I cannot thank her enough.

They had the allergy medicine (flonase) I needed and at a cheaper price than Walgreens! The cashier was very nice and attentive.

This location closes at 10p, or whenever their security officer is no longer available to watch the front door. FYI.

Barry is the man. My little girl sat in fire ants and he totally took care of her in 2 seconds flat. Thanks for taking care of this out of town family Barry!

The CVS on Decatur is a smaller store but it is fairly well stocked with snacks, first aid supplies and sundries. The staff is friendly and helpful and the automated check outs work pretty well. There is a large selection of snacks, beverages and even a small wine department. The store is kept clean and over all going here is a decent shopping experience.

It was nice to have this pharmacy downtown near Jackson Square, we had to make a stop in here for supplies we'd forgotten to bring with us. Well stocked, fairly clean. It's the location of this store that we appreciated most.

Went to return readers purchased from the Canal Street location. Worker asked manager, who REFUSED and said I need to return where purchased. I was visibly upset b/c I have NEVER heard of such a thing. So I walked out, but worker came and got me and said she would do the return for me - she was a Diamond in the rough. That's the best service I've EVER had at this location.
