Had a great experience with A&R Plumbing today. Reached out yesterday regarding clogged upstairs bathroom sinks (drains connected inside the wall). Already had one plumber out that was unable to clear the drains due to the configuration. Not only did they come out next day, they were able to clear the drains and identify a leak that is probably/hopefully what is causing a small water stain on my kitchen ceiling. They had the supplies on hand to make the repair and hopefully that will resolve the problem. I also asked if they could take a look at my downstairs half bath sink that was draining slowly while they were here. They cleared that drain as well even though it was not part of my original service request. Very nice, pleasant guys. Efficient service. Reasonable price. Will be my first and only call next time. And they cleaned up whatever mess they made! Can't even tell they were here. Happy customer!

The plumber sent by my home warranty failed me and told me I have to go through the roof top which the warranty does not cover.
Then someone recommended A & R to me who came in the same day and fixed the problem without going through the roof top. The whole process was very smooth and professtional.
Too bad I cannot get my home warranty to reimburse me though, wish they could have sent these guys to begin with.

I woke up on a Sunday morning to a partially flooded basement because of a broken water heater. I called A and R and one of the owners (Adam) answered my call and was very informative even though they were closed. After calling a couple other places I called them back. I proceeded to call Adam several more times that day and they answered all my questions and helped me save some labor cost. Then on Monday morning the new water heater was replaced right away! Very efficient and quick.

We had a major leak from the shower show up out of the blue! Adam, James and their team, responded very quick and resolved the problem in a very professional, courteous way! Kudos for a job well done and cost effective price. Highly recommend them…

I came home to an unexpected water leak on a Saturday morning. A&R was the only plumber to respond and send their plumbers within an hour, on a weekend! Great service and price, I will definitely use them again.

I worked with James to have one of my outdoor spigots replaced and he did a phenomenal job. Not only did he show up right on time but he also put everything back into its place before he left (I had some items which we moved out of the way before starting the job). Overall, James was incredibly friendly, fully ensured that the job was completed correctly, and was genuinely happy to help. A great experience!

Adam the owner and Stone were very helpful in getting a recirculation pump installed in my house. Instant hot water instead of waiting minutes at certain faucets. A+++

I called A&R with a list of 4 items, with one item, my sump pump, being an urgent issue. A plumber (Zack) was at my house in about 20 minutes. A new sump pump was installed and the other items on my list (drain plug, pipe issue and draining my water heater) were also completed. Zack was knowledgeable, polite and answered all of my questions. Work was done professionally and charges were reasonable. Definitely recommend A&R and will use them again.

On time, let's you know they are on their way. Efficient, cleans up after themselves, wears booties inside house, covers stairs to basement where the work was located.

This team is the best! The work was done correctly, they cleaned up after themselves perfectly, and they were fast and very professional. They did plumbing work at my commercial building, removed old style plumbing and upgraded to modern fixtures. The thing that amazed me the most was that the City of Novi inspector knew the whole team by name, spoke highly of them, and told me I had the best plumber in town. Even when I went down to pick up my new meter bib from the city, the women there asked who I was using, then same story-best plumber around. I highly recommend Adam and his team! I will never go anywhere else!

A&R Showed up for a difficult job in a tight space . They did an amazing job at a reasonable price. The entire staff from top to bottom were professional and courteous. They are now my go to plumbers .

I had a shower drain slowly leaking into the basement. They scheduled me within 3 days and gave me a 2 hour window of arrival. The office dispatcher called the morning of with the names and a more accurate arrival time of the guys assigned to my job. Two guys came out and were super nice, professional, clean, and fast. I appreciate they took the time to show me the problem, explain why it happened, and their solution. I feel confident in their work and calling them back for future problems.

It is rare I get to say this, but this plumbing company not only is one of the most customer centric, prompt and professional plumbing companies in the area, but one of the finest ‘home services’ company I have come across in our area. Right from Adam, the owner, to Sam, one of their amazing technicians. What a pleasure it has been every time we work with them. Highly recommended!!!

Stone was sent out and he did a nice job of analyzing a water pressure issue with our kitchen faucet. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. The office (Scott/Adam) was also a pleasure to deal with and communicated appropriately throughout the process of scheduling and the day of the repairs. Very happy with the service.

We utilized A&R for testing our backflow.
Mine did not pass the test and a repair was scheduled.
To my surprise, today when they came to finish the work, they told me the price had changed. To my surprise again (we are still living a pandemic) - it was for less!
They found a different supplier and passed on the reduction.
What a pleasant surprise! 20% reduction.
I'm very happy with their service, and kudos to their honestly and professionalism.

After working to unplug the toilet, a trip to the hardware for an auger, more work, I called A&R Plumbing. The woman on the phone was helpful, professional and when I told her my brother has Alzheimer's and can't negotiate the stairs to the downstairs bathroom, she said she'd get on it. In 5 minutes I got a call the guys were on their way. Not only did they quickly and cleanly get the toilet unclogged, when I mentioned I could hear water in the basement ceiling, they checked that out, and fixed it! Professional, thoughtful, fast, AND they put stuff back where it was. Excellent pricing, too. I will call A&R for any plumbing needs in the future. Recommend you do the very same!

Answered our emergency call at 10pm and had us on the schedule first thing in the morning. Most local places were at least 1 week out. He researched our problem, made many phone calls and assessed our needs. Adam was prompt, dependable and a pleasure to work with. Quick, efficient water heater replacement. Called first thing in morning. Crew sent after another job finished and hot water back by lunch. Good communication, friendly guys and tidy.
