Ocean Star

Christmas Day take out order was fabulous. The order was ready right on time. The food was delicious-- chicken with cashew nuts, chicken Hunan, pepper beef with onions and fried dumplings. The person picking up our order commented on how friendly and organized the staff was. It couldn't have been better.

I just love this little place for lunch during my work week. Amazing prices, the food is always hot and fresh, and the service is very friendly. I’m so picky about egg rolls and these pass the test too! 10/10 recommend.

Great Chinese food and the family that runs this restaurant is very nice. We love the beef and broccoli, chicken with garlic sauce, egg rolls, and won ton soup. The only thing we've ever gotten that we didn't like was the chicken pad thai, but this is not a Thai place so..duh. Good prices and big portions!

My first time visiting this restaurant. I got chicken fried rice and egg drop soup, it was awesome. Food was ready when I arrived for carry out, and was hot when I got it home.

This is a go to restaurant for my family. They give large portions. For my husband, my teenage daughter, and myself, I usually order two dinners, an extra eggroll and a soup. There is almost always leftovers. The order is always up quick, and have never brought home cold food. They are consistently good.

We always get Sweet and Sour Chicken fried rice and egg rolls 😋

We liked our General Tso dinner (1 dinner with extra egg roll plenty for two retirees), though we forgot to ask or pick up sauce packets.

I decided to give this place a try. I am not sure why this place has bad reviews. We got the chicken with garlic sauce, bourbon chicken and pineapple chicken. Everything tasted really good. We will definitely come back! The lady who took our order was super nice. She even helped me carry my food to the car.

The food was perfect and ready in less than 10 minutes.

Had ocean star for the first time, and it was delicious. The bourbon chicken was excellent and the egg rolls are great as well. The orange chicken was moist and flavorful. The egg foo young was super yummy. I recommend this Chinese restaurant for everyone to try, it's very good.

I used to live in Hartland. I loved Ocean Star. I now travel for work and have been all over this country and I have only found one other restaurant that is comparable. I miss this place and it's wonderful food.

Best Chinese place in Hartland! I always get the chicken pad thai and crab ragoons. Never been disappointed with anything we order, portion sizes are huge and its always fresh.

Ocean Star is amazing! There’s a couple running it all by themselves!! Their food is not bland but also not too powerful in taste! It’s truly the perfect balance! Please support them and help them make money so they can hire employees!!

The food is excellent, I always ask for the chicken fried rice, I ask for extra vegetables and chicken. Whatever the up charge is it is totally worth it because now it is a meal. My kids friends are very picky so they eat that and the sweet and sour chicken. Just don't put the sauce on it if they are very picky, it comes on the side in a cup.

Great Service and amazing food. Portions are hearty, definitely enough to span two meals. And when you order a dish like Beef & Broccoli you actually get beef with all your broccoli. Its not just all veggies like most places.
