AT&T Store

Great service from the new store manager Kyle and rep Haylee. They helped me to change my cable to DirecTV Internet without satellite, change my landline phone, upgrade my cell phone, and upgrade my Wi-Fi internet, and lowered my price significantly on each service last month.

Excellent service. Answered all my questions and assisted me in transferring my personal information, contacts, pictures etc. Kyle was excellent! Very knowledgeable and helpful!!!

Y’all if you have any issues, go to this store! It is worth it. They immediately treat you like family and fix EVERYTHING. I won’t go to any other store from now on. Kyle&Haley are the best ever.

Had my phone, wallet and entire purse/world stolen on 8-9-23. Showed up at this store (a mess I might add) and I will NEVER go to another store. Andrew and Haylee both are fantastic. I had the best experience I have ever had at a mobile/company store. Andrew is super kind, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get me a new phone, accessories and a better plan, all I needed at this terrible time for me. This experience had a huge impact on how I view AT&T. The other companies pale after my experience here.

My phone kept crashing & I couldn't use it at all. I took it up to the new Hartland AT&T, Kyle was working and helped me. My phone is working now as I'm using it to leave a review. Kyle was thorough & patient.

Shoutout to all of the team at the Hartland AT&T location. Kyle, Greg, and a female employee (her name is escaping me at the moment) took great care of us and as first-time customers, we left quite happy, especially our kids as they walked out with their first iPhones. The team went above and beyond to explore all options, discuss plans and pricing and details and even drove to another store for us so we could all walk out with new devices the same day. We hope the ATT relationship goes as smoothly and awesome as our first experience did. Thanks again!

Came in to return phones I needed to mail for a trade in, ran into a couple issues, but Kyle and Julia were so kind and helpful, and got me all squared away. I had an issue with the retailer who initially sold me my phone, and the manager Andrew helped point me in the direction of who I could talk to, and tried his best to fix the situation. Can't say enough great things about everyone in this store.

I would give this place 10 out of 5 if it was possible.. Everybody that works there is super friendly helpful and knowledgeable. They really hooked me up a lot better than the Howell store to be honest. I literally can express how favorable my opinion is on this place. If you are close you have to come here for your telecom needs!!!

The andrew, julia and kyle at the store were very helpful, extreamely helpful. I came in with a galaxy note 10+, looking for a trade in. They were able to answer all of my questions, were extreamely patient while i figured out exactly what i wanted to get in the end, had a wonderful conversation while i was getting my old phone information transfered and are the exaxt people you want to have helping you when getting a new phone, 10/10 would reccomend.

Came in for a new Apple Watch. Kyle and Andrew were so kind! All my questions were answered! Couldn’t be happier walking away with new watches and a new phone! Definitely recommend this location with these awesome people! ☺
