Kroger

Thank you to the store manager Doug and also Stacey from corporate in Novi. Hartland Kroger is donating 200 loaves of bread for Gleaners and Ganhs "Dough for Donations " bread drive! We are a very fortunate community to have such wonderful support for our local Gleaners foodbank! ❤

I went into the store looking for Catnip. I searched for a while in the cat aisle and could not spot it. On the web page they said they had some so I thought I would go to the front desk and ask for help. It ended up the front desk guy and 4 other guys looked and looked. I thought that maybe it was listed wrong and told them don't bother I will find it at another spot. I thanked them and as I was walking back to the front 3 of the guys said they spotted the Catnip. I went back down the aisle with them and hanging there was the catnip. I am writing because the diligence and determination to help me find an item I feel went above and beyond. I will always be grateful and shop at this Kroger.

This place is always kept very neat and clean I'm a service here from even the stock workers are we above par. The produce is always kept nice and clean and fresh while I was shopping this stock young boy who is working ask me how my day was and if I was finding everything ok...he didn't even have to acknowledge me but he did and it was really really nice to have that done... Again while I was walking through one of the isles.... A young boy who is stocking shelves asked me how I was and if I was finding everything okay...
I'm telling you this kind of services doesn't happen everywhere and it's really really wonderful these young individuals are taught and trained to do this I know I go out of my way to talk to people but this is just stellar service and I love it I purposely go out of my way to go to this Kroger instead of the other Kroger simply because of the service I've already gotten here in the past...
When I was standing in line the lines were gaining quite quickly it was the day before super bowl of course so it was busy...the manager on duty actually open to more lanes and was directing people to get into the lanes I think him a couple of times this is a really really well-run store kudos to Kroger four four four!!

Best Krogers around. Clean, friendly well organized store. Huge discounts on many items. I'll seldom go anywhere else for groceries or gas. Great selection and we'll rotated stock. Love it.

I used to work for Pepsi and visited every Kroger from M59 to Pierson Rd. I have nothing but good thing to say about this Kroger. Gary the store manager is great and very nice. The store is always very clean. One of the best Kroger's I have been to.

Thankful for the employees who have suffered and survived through the renovations that aren’t quite done yet.

Great store to run in and out of when I am in the area and only have a few things. There is hardly ever a wait at the checkouts. Love it!

Extremely friendly staff if you cannot find something they will find it for you and I'm like Walmart and Meijer they actually have more than two lanes available to check out so you're not standing there for half an hour waiting to get your groceries and get out of the store and they also have workers that will help the handicapped and elderly to the car and help them load their groceries

The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I am in here like every other day almost. I have only had to wait in line a few times. Usually there is not a wait when I am in there after work.

Best pharmacist ever. Most grocery Items in stock. Friendly employees. Short wait at checkout, and the checkout employee was a good representative for the store.

The Hartland Kroger sushi chef is outstanding. He uses quality products, is very fast on custom orders, and is very friendly. I recommend this sushi location!

Krogers had ice-cream on sale today for only a dollar for half gallon containers. The wife and I bought 5 for a cost of only 5 bucks. WOW, what a bargain!

Very nice and clean store. Huge selection (this is one of the bigger ones). They have an olive bar which is awesome!

Hartland Kroger has been a great store to shop at, part of the community for more than a decade. We are regular shoppers because of the staff and service provided.
