The Pharmacist that was working today, 9/11/23 was wonderful. Super busy pharmacy, phones ringing, several people waiting to be helped and he took the time to review my insurance info on a script for me and did everything with a smile and kindness. THIS is what customer service is about. Thank you!!!

Very friendly! The pharmacy is fantastic!

I brought my elderly grandma to this location for her COVID booster and flu shot only to find out that my family member who booked the appointment accidentally scheduled us at the Brighton location. Ugh!!
The wonderful young man at the pharmacy was very sweet to us and was somehow able to cancel the Brighton appointment for us and squeeze my grandma in their schedule!
We were so grateful because it's not easy to get gram out of the house.
It was her first time out of her apartment in months, so of course she wanted to shop for some things .. we ended up with a full basket which she needed to hold on her lap while I pushed her in the wheelchair.

When we got to the checkout, the cashier noticed how much stuff we had and offered to help us get our bags to my car!
I can't express how thankful we are... despite everyone being busy and the store being short-staffed, the staff here were so kind and treated us like family.

The pharmacist is wonderful. He was very helpful, competent and friendly. The pharmacy staff, likewise, were great. The person at the front of the store was also excellent. We will be using this pharmacy in the future. It's one of the best pharmacies I have ever used. Thank you!

I have regular and ongoing medical needs that require regular visits to a pharmacy. CVS #8295 is a great place to shop for my prescription needs. The staff is friendly and proficient. I highly recommend this store for your prescription needs.

this is by far my go to cvs Todd the manager fixed a problem today from a grand river howell cvs and took care of the problem he is by far a top notch manager so expect good things when he is there

Even if it says your prescription is filled or the doctor sent it in hours before you go to pick up your script there is no guarantee it will be filled. They have taken up to two hours to fill prescriptions. Go to a different pharmacy.

I don't know what happened but around November 2019, prescriptions started taking a WEEK or more to fill. It also seems like there are a lot less people working at a time. Coincidence?? Still quite friendly but unfortunately you can't count on them to have your prescription when they say.

I switched to Walgreen in Brighton because Torrie is so mean to deal with. One of my sons had tonsillitis so I asked for it to go to CVS instead. We live a mile from CVS so I decided to not drive 15 minutes one way to Walgreen. Of course Torrie was there. So crabby and mean. Never a smile. I sat down because it was supposed so be a thirty minute wait. She made me stand up to wait because it was only for vaccines. There was no sign not to sit. Just 100 percent terrible customer service. Next time I’ll make the trip into Brighton.
