Sawasdee 2 Thai Restaurant

I placed a to-go order online and picked it up. When I got home, I realized my dish was wrong (must have gotten mixed up with another order.) I called, and offered credit or to re-make it… I was so hungry so I decided to go back up and get my drunken noodles. They were so sweet and gave me a Thai iced tea on the house for the troubles. The food is always SO good and the front house staff are so sweet and friendly. Love that we have great Thai so close to us!

My husband and I are lucky to have found this place! We've tried lots of Thai restaurants, and the food here is excellent! We had the curry noodle and the drunken noodle and both were delicious. The staff is also very attentive and friendly! Don't miss out on this gem!!

Love love the soup!!! Love the chicken pad Thai! Crab Rangoon is very good also. Nice size portion. My husband favorite is the crisp Duck! Very friendly staff!

Has really good chicken pad Thai with grilled chicken and is served in foil inside a box which keeps it super super hot. This is probably the best pad Thai I’ve come across outside of my favorite place called Thai Fresh.

The atmosphere resembles a sketchy poorly lit truck stop but the food is excellent. It is very strange and is one of the strangest dining areas I’ve ever come across, but the food is awesome and a great place to grab some solid Thai food, just get it to go;).

Great Thai food, update Feb 2023. Didn't take pic till last bites. But even thoughs lots of chicken. That's the update great food but now more protein. Wife loved the shrimp fresh rolls she has liked them in the past thought they were very lacking in shrimp, not this time I think I saw 3 shrimp in each roll. The chicken pad thai was loaded with chicken which is a great change. 👍

First time here.
Ordered F6 fried Rice ck hot and spring roll.
Spring Roll was fresh and sauce was good. Not red runny stuff. More pink and thicker, not too sweet.
F6 Curry with pineapple fried rice is very good. Spice is hot (my nose is runny) but not too hot unless your a sissy... then get med?
I'll be back!

This is one of my favorite places in New Hudson. I recommend: #9 Gang Ped, red curry with the basil with chicken, #1 Pad Prik with chicken, tom ka soup, spring roles, thai iced tea.

This place is highly rated for a reason! The Three's Company seafood lunch was outstanding!!

Best Curry dishes! They don’t wow you with fancy presentation but they do wow your taste buds! I have eaten at a lot of Thai restaurants, this one is hands down the best.

This is my favorite Thai place, been coming here for years. I always get the chicken pad Thai with shrimp hot, it's the perfect amount of heat and they aren't stingy with the meat like some places can be. I'll probably eat here once a week.

Great place for lunch with great staff. Good food portions too, never left without feeling full. Everything here tastes great, I especially love the small bowls of soup that co.e before the meals!

I love this place! We get carry out there almost every other week. It is good Thai food - no pre-cooked chicken as in some places and even that the place is small they are usually very quick to have your food ready. We tried different things and so far there was nothing I didn't like. And the portion size is good too. Our last favorite place always took forever to get the food and then the portions got small for the money. Not at this place! Happy I found this place!!

My husband and I always get the Pad Thai (medium heat) with extra chicken and extra egg. Amazing every time! We also love their spring rolls! Try it with some peanut sauce! The portions are generous. We get two meals each from the portion.😊

Great food!! Got multiple dinners for some extended family from out of town. Everything was prepared as ordered and the taste was amazing. The place was empty at 5:30 which is too bad, but good for us. Food was quickly prepared.
Did I mention it was great food?!?!

Second time ordering here and each time is just as good! I get the Tom yum soup and the Peanut Curry dish with Pork and no bell pepper. Pork is always fresh and tender! The soup is very flavorful and everything is just the right amount of spicy! Definitely recommend!

I have eaten in several Thai restaurants around Michigan, from the very low price to the very expensive. This restaurant has all of them beat. The food is exceptional, the service is fast and friendly. They even know me by name, how cool is that. I love this restaurant and have taken many people there
