Ruskin Family Dentistry

I had an emergency last week and my dentist was out. Dr.Ruskin was kind enough to see me last minute, give me a diagnosis along with an antibiotic. She, along with her staff, were wonderful. I truly appreciated their service and support.

The staff is wonderful here. I’ve been coming here since I was young. They are caring, gentle, and go out of their way for you. It’s a great family place with great people. Dr. Ruskin is a great doctor, too.

She makes me SMILE…. without her I probably wouldn’t be able to. The best ever. 5 stars because 10 wasn’t an option.

I have genetically weak teeth. Not only did they help me fix all my issues with high quality ceramic, they helped me finally arrest the decay problems I have had since early childhood.

I am utterly frustrated with this facility's disregard for their agreements with dental insurance providers. After combining several smaller x-rays into one full-mouth x-ray as per the insurance terms, they inexplicably conducted another full-mouth x-ray the following year. When I questioned this, it was shockingly conveyed to me that I would be personally liable for the cost of this unwarranted x-ray. Their response was dismissive, prioritizing their 'standard processes' over the clear stipulations of the insurance contract. This ignorance of their insurance contract and the lack of accountability is both infuriating and unacceptable.
