Went through Aaron Strand Progressive from years of being with State Farm because it was cheaper. Asked him if he would take a car of mine off the insurance because it needed work done to it and is not working. I have 2 of 3 vehicles on the policy now. I then asked a month later if he could hold off on the auto pay because I was a victim of identity theft. He then told me that he was tired of all of the calls I was giving him and told me he wasn’t going to help me anymore and that I needed to stick with calling customer service from now on. I proceeded to call and make complaints towards him to Progressive and they said “He should’ve never done that. We are suppose to take care of our customers and what he did was very unprofessional. We will most definitely take care of you from now on with no complaints. It is our honor to assist you.” So, me along with a few others who were going to go through him are no longer doing so. People new coming to Aaron Strand beware as he did not do his utmost for us. He made us feel awful.
