Flushmate Official Parts Store - Eflushmate

I am, and have been a strong supporter of Flushmate with their Sloan pressure assist valve. I have purchased (6) of their units and there is no comparison to their quality, design, power, and effectiveness in getting the job done. Simply put, I will not purchase any other brand.

I have a 1.6, 1.28, and 1.0 GPF units. I can tell you the product quality, design and engineering is top flight. The refined improvements they continue to make are amazing! They are quieter, more powerful and a pleasure to use. The new handle design, the addition of a 3rd bolt on the tank, and getting that much power out of 1 GPM is amazing.

I tried my local plumbing supplier (Ferguson) and spent a half hour on the phone with their representative. My only request was "tell me which manufacturers and model numbers have the Sloan Flushmate pressure assist." I guess their computers were slow - as we could only come up with (1) a Kohler. Nothing against Kohler - but a choice of one, is no choice.

I then contacted Flushmate/Sloan directly and was more than fortunate to speak with Technical Support Representative John W. . His product knowledge and application experience really impressed me. Simply put there was no a question I could put by him, that he could not answer - and, I asked a lot of them!

When John told me I could order direct, free shipping, no tax. Game over!
When you couple Flushmates' product quality, track record of standing behind their product and strong customer service - they set the bench mark in the industry!

I installed the units myself and couldn't be happier. Kinda odd when you get excited about a toilet - I know. But, there you have it!

Unbelievable. They returned email with a call on the same day TWICE!! their analysis of my issue was detailed, unrushed, and friendly.

Super easy installation and so far the unit works flawlessly. The design appears a lot more robust than the Eco Flush B8100 unit we were using before. Performance is comparable to the Eco Flush.

The part works flawlessly and we got it quick. The girl I delt with was friendly and knowledgeable and could speak English which is a plus these day. The only problem was the price it is quite pricey but I have to admit it works better than it did with the original handle lever set up.

The faulty part was replaced quickly and now my Flushmate is working perfectly.

Fast delivery and very easy installation.

I have 2 flushmate units, and as a whole, I like the product very much, but the cable that actuates the flush is a very poor design. I've had to replace it at least 4 times in a short period of time (the company was very helpful in replaceing the part at no cost to me), but never the less it's a hassel to have to fix this on a regular basis. The very thin steel cable is very poorly attached to a very tiny piece of plastic by pushing the cable 1/2 way into the plasic piece and it's this cable and plastic piece that activates the flush. With continues flushes the cable pulls out of the plastic piece. Very poor design.
