This is the place I always wanted to be. Browsing online and seeing the items online and reading reviews, it was therefore a dream come true to be at a place as good as B&H Photo. The variety on display, the sheer quantities, its just astounding.
Their website does not do justice to the place here in New York. So many staff always at hand and quite helpful. In my case, Ms. Lucia was helpful in showing me around table top tripods and I picked up the Manfrotto evo 2 pixi.
Must visit place if you are in New York. Both hobbyists and professionals will not be disappointed by the sheer variety of brands, including Leica and so many other professional names ike Fujifilm etc. Cameras, tripods, lens, cleaners, even plastic covers for protection for your camera is available here. Go!

Amazing experience at B&H photo video! So easy to purchase the items online! I went to the store to pick up my new Casio digital piano! The stuff is very helpful, and truly professional and kind, always smiling! Highly recommended, the best high tech store in Manhattan!

This was a pilgrimage for me: I've been ordering from BH for 2 decades as an AV professional. It was AMAZING to see the actual store. The order delivery conveyor belts were fun to watch, the staff is helpful, and the tech on display is great.

The staff goes out of their way to help you. They are highly educated in each department that they work. No one pushes you to buy anything just to fulfill your needs with your questions and give you the proper recommendations.

The biggest and coolest electronics store I've ever been to. I order online from them a lot so it was cool to go in-person.

I was surprised at just how many differences departments there were for every type of electronics. It looks like if youre looking for something niche or specific, they'll have it.

I drove up from South Jersey basically to check out the store, ordered a part online and picked it up in person. That entire process went great. The only issue I had was, I didn’t see any parking near the store and paid $40 to park 2 blocks down the street. When doing the survey in my email it asked if I used their free parking. I had no idea they had free parking.

This is an amazing electronics store, but the word "electronics" is likely not descriptive enough. They carry optical gear like binoculars and telescopes, drones of all sorts, photography equipment from amateur to pro grade. I mean pro like what you would need to set up a studio or do massive, professional sound and video work. Of course, they also carry computers and everything that goes with them. Green screens, equipment to copy or fix sound and video. Many items were even beyond what I could figure out what they were for.

Best of all, they actually have help that understands their products and can truly help you with your purchase. Not just choosing between models, but help you find the product that meets the need for what you are trying to accomplish. Try to find that in a big box store.

Be aware, however, as a Jewish owned business, they are closed early on Fridays and all of Saturday.

This place is huge, has competitive prices and so many things to look at, it is worth the visit even if you don't intend to buy anything.

My experience has been .com only, but it has been exceptional. The website is easy to navigate and has just about everything you need. If you have an issue with your order, they will happily work with you. It is not like the old days when you bought camera gear from a NY retailer and fought with someone to make it right.

B&H has cornered the market on taking care of the customer.

If you do order .com, follow up with a call to customer service and request special handling for your item. The friendly folks on the line will place a note to the shipping dept to add additional protection for the journey to your home. Probably not necessary, but if you are buying an expensive peace of gear, why leave it to the least mile folks to damage it?

This place is paradise to photography buffs. Great cameras and a huge variety of accessories. I found brand name spare batteries for my Olympus cameras in stock…not easy to find elsewhere. The conveyer belt delivery system at the checkout is a fun extra.

Once they were many, now just one massive photo, electronics and computer floor. Filled with knowledgeable staff and somehow able to match internet prices. No trip to New York would be complete without a stop here.

I've been shopping B&H since the Mid-Seventies. They have always had what I was wanting to purchase. Their online store is the next best thing to being able to walk into their physical store. It is easy to locate products on their website and purchasing the products. I go to B&H first whenever I need photographic equipment.

Huuuuuuuge electronics store with everything electronics included. From cameras to podcast equipment to earphones, all sorts of things at all price ranges! The workers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, adding to the shopping experience. Whether going to actually make a purchase or just to walk and look around, you will not be disappointed.

Great staff, inventory, and selection.

For years I have been buying the TAP Perry ebony self mounted 4X6 15 page albums. They are small and compact and present and preserve prints well. I give some as gifts because they come with attractive black bags and boxes.

This store is one of the best customer experince providers. I was in and out in 20 min with big order. It was first time visit and I am amazed with speed and efficiency. When I entered the store and sent to the sales person it was Ramon who helped me to put my order together in like 10min. On the register and customer service desk Emily helped me figure out card number and financing. Such a cool store!

Such a nice store, they have a used department that shows all old cameras and lights! I really like to see the history of photography and camera. They have another floor to purchase new camera as well. I purchased a charger from them, that’s very convenient and the staff there show me a lot of choices. He picked the best one for me and then I paid and picked up at the first floor.
