Duane Reade

I had an excellent experience at this Duane Reade pharmacy. The staff was not only polite but also knowledgeable and informative. I am confident in my decision to return to this pharmacy for future needs.

This Duane Reade is new and very clean. The staff at the pharmacy is very nice. This location is a bit small, but has the essentials.

Kindly impress upon your front line staff that they are in the service industry and not in the army. If you need to tell a customer to head to another counter/cashier, it isn’t a curt “you go there”, but rather “ hi sir, this counter is closed for the moment, however the other one is opened, thank you.”

Bad service.
We had to wait for the medication for one day. The next day, They gave medication but didn’t mix it so I got a powder instead of liquid. The medication was for a child do this could have ended badly.
Very small pharmacy. Not helpful

Took over 5 minutes for someone to unlock a cabinet I needed, everything you’d actually want to buy is locked so not a great system

the worst pharmacy in Manhattan, lousy service. I made an appointment three days ago for a vaccine on the web, where they asked for my health insurance, five minutes before the appointment they call me to tell me that they did not accept my insurance and I had to pay $67 dollars. or find another site. They sent me to CVS… very bad customer service!.

Linda the pharmacist who worked here on 12/10 refused to fill a prescription that I (a physician) wrote. Its illegal in NY state to deny a patient life saving medication. She should be fired for doing so.

This store supposedly replaced the one on 42nd and 8th. Is way too small for times Square, so much missing and and they don't know were to put the register line.

This is a small awkward store the pharmacist is a grumpy old man with a serious attitude problem and he doesn’t listen probably why he never got to be a real doctor …someone needs to help him with his customer service skills also remind him it’s not his private practice it’s a chain pharmacy he’s just an employee

The schedule on Friday stated that they open @ 5 and the workers don't open the door until 8am. Also are very rude and never know the answer to any question.

Not 24/7

The store is not 24 hours.
