After looking at MANY used cars from other dealers in town, we were delighted to see how amazingly clean the insides of these cars were! Mark was knowledgeable about his vehicles and confident that he has great cars! We were helping my mother look for a car and he took so much time with us. We never felt rushed throughout the process. Mark was also patient with my mother and made sure she was comfortable with all the buttons and gadgets before she drove the CRV off the lot. It’s been two weeks and my mom is still a happy camper! I’d give a 10+ ⭐ if I could, this man is honest,he is picky about his cars so goes the extra mile to be sure they are clean and well kept vehicles! I am too so that was just one plus for me! Mark has high standards for the vehicles that he sells unlike most of the used car deanships in the area. He will not sell vehicles that are not in excellent condition and very clean. This was a great car buying experience. I bought a Cadillac SRX from Mark and he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered and that I was happy and comfortable. He had a limited inventory but that’s because he’s so meticulous in the cars he sells. I would highly recommend going to Auto Alley and letting honest Mark help you find a great car.

I have always been tentative about buying used cars from small dealers but have now changed my mind. The car was a quality vehicle which I gave the once over on a Sunday when the lot was closed. It was priced on the window sticker and I ran the vin number using Bumper. The car had one owner as advertised. The next day, I shared the report with Mark the owner. He shared even more research on and knowledge about the car which was impressive. He is passionate about his business and values his name and reputation and it shows. My granddaughter loves the CRV we bought, and I am sure it will be worry free and safe for her for a long time.

I usually don't trust buying from small car lots like Auto Alley but stopped by to look at a 2008 CRV. Right away I could tell the cars here were in much better condition than most small car lots I have been to.
