I was lucky to have Kristy as the phlebotomist for lab work. She was gentle, professional and personable!

The Anti- Coagulation Clinic is staffed by consummate professionals who do a great job, and are very friendly as well. Testing at the clinic is quick and pain free. From the time you are checked in, until you are tested with results in hand and out the door, the process is seamless. Great job!

I love all of the staff, from the front desk where you check in to all of the nurses. I see Dr sarkar there and I must say he is the kindest and most patient doctor I have ever ever met and I'm so thankful that he's the one treating me. I trust him 100% with his decisions in treating my diabetes, I love the way he listens to my concerns. the way he explains everything to be sure That I understand is amazing. he truly is a doctor that cares about the individual.

I went to the FMH Crestwood location on Bank Court in Frederick Maryland for an ultrasound on one my breasts. Naturally I was very nervous when I arrived.
From the moment I arrived the staff was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting, my nervousness quickly went away.
Check in took less than 5 minutes, wait time to see the nursing staff was less than 10 minutes.
The staff actually listened to my concerns and and really put me first. The nurse went back and explained what my situation and concerns were to the doctor. The doctor immediately decided that he wanted more than an ultrasound, he wanted a mammogram instead.
The nurse relayed the information and immediately comforted me as hearing the word mammogram clearly caused me some anxiety.
I was given two options, wait and they would squeeze me in for the additional testing or reschedule. I chose to rescedule because I didn't want to everyone else's appointments for the day to be delayed.
The staff walked me through the entire process of rescheduling. They contacted my primary care to let them know of the changes and called the insurance company to get the approval for the added mammogram. They allowed me to use their phone and called the appointment line for me so I could reschedule for a time of my convenience.
The day of my rescheduled appointment came and I was treated with the utmost respect. I was even told my mammogram results before leaving what a relief that was.
I am so thrilled with the the way they treated me, with the entire process really. I felt respected and cared for. I highly recommend using the services of FMH Crestwood location, whenever possible.

Had a routine check up scheduled at the office. As usual, the staff was very friendly. The appointment with the physician was right on time. Dr. Z. is very easy to speak with and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I might have.

Front office staff is friendly and efficient. Medical team listens to your concerns and provides excellent Medical advice about your condition. Dr. Buki is very thoughtful and thorough. Provides top notch care.

Office staff is very friendly! Dr Z was friendly and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating even though I went to the wrong address and was 15 minutes late. Would definitely recommend the practice.

The offices, clinics and treatment rooms are clean and not crowded. COVID procedures are strictly followed by professionals as well as patients. Waiting times are very short and there is plenty of room to distance from others. The personnel are pleasant and efficient. Procedures are short and fully explained.

The staff is always very helpful, polite and very respectful. I have always been taken back for my exam on time. Every doctor that I have seen has also been very polite helpful and respectful. Thank you Dr Gupta and Dr Z.

Dr. Zarbalian is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, patient and willing to listen. He will go the extra-mile to determine what the problem is and what the best solution or remedy to solve it and if he can't solve it he will refer you to someone who can. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

I was in and out for my X-ray lightning fast! Plus Mallory was so sweet and kind. She gives off this very welcoming and caring vibe. Definitely in the right field! And I didn’t get the name of the registration man but he was so kind too!

Frederick Heath Crestwood is the place you have been looking for. Not only that, but you don’t have to be there all day before you are seen. I have had nothing but good experiences here. As the old quote goes, “Try it, you might like it”.
