The team is the real deal – super knowledgeable and made me feel like a VIP. Listened to my issue, sorted me out with a plan, and broke it down so even I could understand.

I have been coming to this location since I moved to the area back in 2001 and there are several grocery stores that are within a 2 mile radius from my home but I keep finding myself going to Giant. The store is always very clean and organized so it is easy for me to find whatever it is that I may be looking for and I definitely appreciate their large selection of fresh produce. To top it off I am always greeted upon entering, and they have the sweetest, most professional cashiers as well as management.

Amongst the best choice for a supermarket. Prices are reasonable and the store stocks a good range of regular groceries.

Very clean, well maintained, shelves are always stocked and orderly, and fruit and vegetables are fresh. The seafood counter, while limited, is great at preparing shrimp and crab legs.

This is my favorite place to shop at. I prefer this store over any in the area. Super friendly staff and never too crowded. The food selection has been a little rough lately but that is happening everywhere. Always clean and taken care of. The pharmacy is awesome too. The staff remembers you and takes great care of you.

I used there grocery pickup service for the first time and I loved it! I was using Walmart but Giant was much better. They sliced my deli meats thin just as I like it, the rotisserie chicken was nice and hot, the hard rolls from the bakery were fresh. I love that they use paper bags with handles. The employee was very friendly too.

Fresh produce. Good organic selection. Self checkout and personal scanners. Gas points. Pretty much sums it all up.

Started my visit with a polite hello by a store employee and notice that cart in front of me was just cleaned. Arrows on floor to control flow, same in line to control distance. Numerous previously hard to find items now in stock. It wasnt too crowded. Produce was in good shape and there was a small but fine selection of hamburger meat. People stocking shelves could be more proactive in directing traffic around or away from them.

Just stopped in real quick for a water! Very big and clean grocery store. I was biking past the Giant on my return back by it so I had to stop. Genuinely nice employees too. Great job Giant!!!

Giant I can find everything in here, this store is always clean and the staffs are very friendly, pleasant and attentive and always offering a helpful hand.

It is everywhere, but this time it appears to be 12 minutes drive from my house. I love to shop there, but can't affort that ride every time that I need their delicious and crunchy french bread that you can't find anywhere. Give a try and you will love it.

I stopped by here today around 11 and had the friendliest cashier , she was so sweet and polite. She’d definitely make me want to come back soon, i believe her name was Arin

THIS REVIEW IS FOR 1700 KING FISHER RD NOT NEW DESIGN RD!!!!! The first thing I had to do when I first moved here over 20 yrs ago was go around to see if the places in Frederick would be willing to order and stock my medication! Most places were nasty to me !!! CVS pretty much kicked my out!!! So because of that I do not do business with them at all!!!But first on West Patrick ST and then on 1700 King Fisher Rd! I was open about all my info so they felt comfortable about getting it for me !!! They were willing to order and stock my med's!!! At that time I was on a high dosage of medications!!!! For the entire time I have been go there they have just been wonderful to me!! They all pretty much know me!!! !!! I will always maintain my loyalty to this Giant !!!The store is clean and if you need anything they will get it for you! Yes, they can be a little higher in something's but I have found that Giant Eagle is alot higher in just about everything!!! I only go there once in a great while!!! I highly recommended this Giant at anytime!!!!!!
