Love this salon!! Yesterday was my first time going. Calvaniece M was the stylist I had chosen. Honestly chose her randomly going into it knowing nothing about her. Or what I really wanted. She had sat me down and helped me find a perfect look! And I’m completely obsessed with her call and formula she did on my hair. The pricing wasn’t expensive for all she did! And she did a lot and it took a while. She was amazing! Highly recommend her if it’s your first time and you don’t know who to chose. I don’t know much about hair and she really educated me. And was also very great at conversation lost of stylist just work and don’t explain. She explained every step and I loved that. Plus helped me at the end to find the best products for my hair! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!! I adore my hair and how healthy it feels and looks.

I needed foundation and wasn’t happy with Bare Minerals as I was in the past. I got some great help from Tena…who is my age and really understands my skin needs. She helped me to find a great foundation and serum primer. She was awesome, and I thank her. Loving my new makeup.

I had a wonderful first experience at Ulta. I scheduled a silk press appointment with Cali, and we also decided to schedule a trim after our conversation. She was very thoughtful and attentive to my hair. She took me through each step. She is someone I will definitely book with again.

I came in on Wednesday, February 15. Vanessa helped me get a shade match and find a new moisturizer. I had an amazing customer service experience with everybody there, especially Vanessa, and how helpful and friendly she was. I had help from her before, so I knew she was an amazing person to go to. She just lights up the sales floor when she works.

Tena was the beauty consultant that worked with me on Saturday to find the best products for me. Very knowledgeable and professional. She knows how to work with mature skin and I left there very, very pleased and with the products to continue my look! To say I am pleased is an understatement!!!

We were greeted by everyone as soon as we walked through the door. As we were walking through the store, an employee complimented my outfit and made me feel great! The employees had great customer service skills. As I was checking out, I was made aware that you can’t use 2 coupons in the same transaction, but the manager came over and gave me some advice. I left extremely satisfied and confident. I will be returning, thank you Ulta staff!

She will always be upfront on what you need to achieve your hair dreams.

She will also teach you what you need to achieve the same look at home. I always look forward to learning something new at my appointments.

I shopped today and was greeted by Tena in cosmetics. She was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and informative to me and my mother. I definitely will be back.

See Tena. She is great. She found the perfect makeup to make me look more youthful. She educated me on makeup techniques as well. I’m excited to wear the products she suggested.

Tena was fabulous! She helped me with how to apply eye shadow and she did so well decided to do a foundation makeover and loved it. She was very professional and confident with all she did. Quit sure she is the best in that business!!

Came in to purchase some stuff for my wife. Greeted me on the way in and asked if I needed assistance (I did), they seemed a little frazzled but let me know they had just reopened after a computer issue, so check out was slow. Real nice lady though, even gave me a coupon and thanked me for being patience. She apologized a ton but I wasn't in a hurry. Noticed when I got home she had thrown in a free gift for my wife.

Tena was fabulous. She spent time with me which I appreciate. I needed someone who understood my needs. Tena got it right the first time. I am grateful!

Bre was soooo sweet and helpful. She assisted me in choosing a good concealer company and color matched me PERFECTLY.

I came in wanting to make a return 5 minutes before they close, I expected to get attitude but no the manager was very professional about it and I didn't have any trouble. Also, not too long ago I was at the one in gainesville and all the employees were so nice.

I have been going here forever. But yesterday I had Mandy help me and she was AMAZING. I have done the same basic face makeup for the past 10 years since I was in middle school. She taught me and showed me some really easy ways to boost up my face where I wasn't overwhelmed with all this extra product. Tried all the combinations for the first time today and WOW, I haven't had makeup match this well on me in YEARS!! Thank you Mandy!

I just love this store! Specifically because of one employee, Tamara. She is always so helpful, is the first to ask me if I need help, and she’s incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. This girl deserves a raise! I will keep coming back to this location because of Talara and her amazing customer service.

Plenty of make up brands, styling products, perfumes, beauty tools. Prices are high, but if you need something specific, you will probably find it here. They offer make overs and hair stylists on site. Lines were very long and very slow moving. To get some help, I actually had to bother a stylist who was cutting someone’s hair. (She couldn’t have been nicer and she took me directly to the item I needed)

I love Ulta! I met a great makeup artist this time. Her name is Royal. She is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, caring & someone I will go back to. She introduced me to some other brand also.
I love them.
