This Best buy is bigger than any I have ever been in. Lots of choices for anything you can think of. I needed a $200 microwave. They had just what I wanted. But window shopping was fun. I saw a few $11,000 ovens and refrigerators. Fascinating stuff. The sales people were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Quick service and easy to check out. They carried it out to my car, no problem! Thank you!

Yobani was awesome!!!!! He helped us out with a tv and surround sound. He was super knowledgeable and patient with us since we really didn’t know what brand to get. He knew his stuff and was fun to talk to.

Also, this Best Buy was very organized and clean. Lots of cool stuff

Just left the store and couldn't wait to get home to write this review. literally had the most amazing experience at best buy in years. I wanna thank Brian, he was a big help and made us feel like he was buying this fridge for himself. He was so patient and caring and had so much knowledge. He didn't try to upsell us anything, he was considering all options and was trying to find any possible way to save money. If you're trying to find the perfect fridge and don't know what to get then Brian is your guy!

Even though it's the holiday season and the stores are crazy right now this store was still organized and enjoyable to shop in. There wasn't enough associates to help with making a selection but it's totally understandable because of how busy it was. Understaff info now a days is the normal unfortunately and we have learned to take it easier. 😂 The store is inviting with all it's modern lights and I love that they have a person at the front entrance welcoming you with a smile on their face. It seems the employees like working here since they all were happy to help.

Shout out to Elle! They were very friendly, super knowledgeable, and made what could've been a very stressful black Friday experience much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend talking to them about your laptop needs 🥳

Stopped by this best buy to get a iphone case. Not only did they have the exact otter box I was looking for, they had it $14 cheaper than next door at target. Very happy.

We bought an open box 65 inch tv. Got home and it was missing one foot (support). Went back to same store and they found not one, but 3 extra feet for the tv.. went out of their way to please

Needed help with turning on Secure Boot on my pc. Tried through so many tutorials and was unsuccessful. I decided to take my pc into Geek Squad and they were able to help within minutes. The issue was quickly resolved and I was able to freely use programs that needed the Secure Boot feature on.

After the recent remodeling, this is quite easily the best brick and mortar tech/computer store in Buford. Extremely fresh and new, pleasant and eager to help customer service, and a new locker system for quick 24/7 online orders.

Sidney works in geek squad !! She was amazing !! She took two weeks helping me remove an activation lock my Mac pro. She also assisted me in purchasing a new Mac book air and iPad !! She is amazing !!! I’m forever a customer here !!

I absolutely love this refrigerator. The quality is top-notch the appearance is absolutely beautiful. The way the inside lights up when you open up the doors you can see everything that you have inside the refrigerator. And the best part it’s made in the USA go, America!!

If you need assistance finding stuff they are pretty good at it, however if you want to look around on your own it gets pretty annoying. Just like with any other place that gives incentives to sales guys though. Overall experience was nice and recent remodels look great. 👍🏿

This location has come a long way. Extremely organized and fair pricing.

We went in to buy a TV and surround sound. Yobani helped us pick out what we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the difference between each brand and what was offered.
