After my visit to Carter’s Buford, my faith in customer service was restored. I was hesitant to shop in the midst of covid but every employee put my mind at ease. They were so helpful, clean, and knowledgeable! All of the managers were even happy to help! I’m so indecisive and picky when it comes to dressing my babies, the presentation alone SOLD ME!
This store is full of staff who love their job and love serving others! Very impressed!

Went in to look for a shirt I found online. Hannah greeted me and was so quick to help me find it. She went above and beyond to find my sons firetruck shirt in the right size. The store was clean and her and the other young lady were very sweet and welcoming. We are a hardcore Carter’s family but have mainly shopped online since we moved to GA. We’ll be stopping by the store more. My son also loved the kids playing area which gave me a few more minutes to browse peacefully.

I've been getting my kids clothes since before my daughter was born. They always have cute styles that are child approiate but still are up to date with trends. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love how the staff are parents so I value their opinion.

I love the quality of the clothes and the sale prices. I’m really going to miss this place when my little one grows out of the sizes. Oh just one thing I’m disappointed in is that they use to sale name brand shoes like Saucony but I’ve notice for awhile now it’s no longer available.

The staff is always friendly and helpful! Nice selection and usually always in stock in a wide range of sizes. Please start making up to 14 girls, that would be so awesome!

I love shopping at carters and they are always so friendly and helpful. It is an easy in and out. I choose carters over the larger stores because it is so much easier to get in and out and get what I need.

Staff is nice, clean storefront, good variety of clothes for babies and kids. They do have public bathrooms if kids have an emergency.

Good quality clothing for great prices! Adorable clothes for boys in all sizes, that is not true in all stores.

Beware before you enter! All the clothes are so cute! You would end up spending far more time and money than you had intended

All the staff are very helpful, much bigger selection than any of the Carter's at the malls, and store is very clean.
