I was here for my oil change ( first car). The attendant was really helpful and very informative. Gave me great tips and advices on how to maintain my car whilst my car was being serviced, which was done in just 30 minutes. Really impressed with the staff and also the quality of service they provide, during this visit and also when I bought the car from them earlier. Would definitely recommend AutoNation Volkswagen Mall of Georgia .👍

Sales staff was never pushy. They were patient with my questions, inspections and test drives of the vehicles I was interested in. My buying experience was pleasant and handled professionally. I am very happy with my new to me Infiniti Qx60.

My vehicle was at this service center for around 80 days due to backordered parts. James C. made sure that I had a loaner car the whole time that would accommodate our family. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and made sure that we were well taken care of. My experience with Volkwagon near the Mall of GA (Autonation) has been exceptional. Amos immediately asked all the right questions of what we wanted in a car from initial visit. He was able to find exactly what I wanted within a day or so. He is very knowledgeable. We had a little discrepancy with communication and negotiation due to him or me being busy most times. Despite that, he got the job done and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. had an appointment late in the day for a check engine light. they let me know it probably wouldnt be able to be completed the same day since there wasnt much time before they closed. still james and one of the guys in the shop did the best they could to get my car done that day and managed to finish a few minutes before closing time. that was great for me since i didnt have to take any more time off work to come back the next day to pick the car up. diagnosing and fixing things can take time so i would have understood if i had to wait for the next day but they really went all out to make it happen same day for me. great service from the team here

Unbelievably good communication and honesty at all levels. Aleks, the salesperson was so responsive. The sales manager was also easy to deal with. I am in Texas and we were able to get the deal done and have it shipped to me. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Mason like the jar and Ricky! They took my very rough experience and absolutely turned it into a dream. It was a great experience buying a car from autonation. From start to finished my sales person did everything in his power to get me in the car I wanted. The finance manger she was great also helped me in everyway she could. Overall the Autonation Volkswagen Mall of Georgia whole staff are very experience at their job.

I had a very satisfying experience buying two cars at the same time. The store I visited for the first time after being introduced was neatly organized, so I was able to take a look at the cars calmly, and it was a joy to see the various cars. In addition, the manager (Justin Cho) in charge kindly explained and provided relevant information, so I was confident in the purchase. The finance manager also kindly explained and handled it quickly, so I was very satisfied. I had many doubts when I first bought a vehicle, but I received great trust by visiting the VW this time, and I gained faith and joy that I had bought two cars very well.

I was very impressed with Brent. I walked in the door and he greeted me by my name. Asked about my VW and asked for my keys. Told me where the waiting room and restrooms were located. That there were snacks and drinks available. I didn't have to wait or step up to the counter. Excellent and professional service.
