Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q

My husband and I got there about 5:00 on Friday evening. There was hardly anyone in there which is great for service. Our waiter was super attentive and very friendly. The manager also stopped by our table twice to make sure we were doing okay. My husband got the ribs with macaroni and cheese and baked beans. I got pulled pork with coleslaw and potato salad. The ribs were a little greasy but had really good flavor and were tender. The macaroni and cheese had good flavor as well as the baked beans. The coleslaw was a mayonnaise base was seasoned perfectly and the potato salad has more of a mustard base but was still good. What was a nice treat the meal came with corn bread muffins. They were super moist and a little sweet, very, very good. Overall we would totally be back. Pricing is about normal about $40 for two people.

This was our first time eating here. We are not from here but let me tell you something everything about this place will make me come back. The server was exceptional. She was so kind.

This was our first time ever eating at a Jim 'N Nick's. The way that you get seated kind of threw me off at first, but once it was explained to me, everything was fine. I had the pulled chicken and turkey plate with the corn on the cob and the mac and cheese. I ate EVERYTHING! The meats were seasoned well, and the mac and cheese, OMG. The corn was awesome also. It's like Mexican street corn, but better. I tried all of the sauces. Outside of the traditional, the white sauce was my favorite. The lemonade and sweet tea were on point, so I made an Arnold Palmer, and the pie was delicious. It was a busy day, but the service and atmosphere were very pleasant and family filled. I look forward to going back and trying the rest of the menu. Please believe the hype about them. It's definitely true! I almost forgot, the lil cheese biscuits were delicious too!

As soon you open the door, the smell of grill and smoke is amazing! Great service by Kaisha, good price, delicious food! Two thumps up to the manager that stop at the table to check on us! The ribs on point, tender, juicy and well cooked. The corn was perfectly cooked too and the coleslaw so far is my favorite. Everything was amazing! The Lemon pie is the cherry in the top! 200% RECOMMENDED!

Went here for a belated mother's day dinner. I had a tasty turkey breast with salad and mac & cheese. I loved their turkey and the white sauce was really good. The cheddar biscuits were really yummy. We had a nice booth and it was quiet. The staff were really welcoming and great cadence for checking on us.

Never had a well cooked ribs as they served us, and the sauce was really good, with great flavor. Loved the cakes they served as appetizers, it gave me a complete experience.

3lbs of ribs, slaw, beans, and a side of fries!! The service was absolutely fabulous. More biscuits please. So soft and cheesy. It had been a while since I visited. Glad I did! Two thumbs up for chain restaurant.

Despite being a Friday night, I was able to sit at the bar. Which is where I prefer when I am by myself.

My lovely bartender/server, Keisha, was a very professional, personable human being and is an asset to this establishment.

My food was served hot, fresh and in a timely manner. Despite being relatively busy (Friday night).

What was I thinking not eating here sooner???

I've lived in the area for the past year and a half and I must've driven past this place 100 times and only came in for the first time last night and, my goodness, I'm glad we did. My wife and I stopped in for our first time and the manager, Michelle, made us feel like we've been family all our lives; we felt completely at home. She gave us plenty of things to sample before we made our first order and gave the impression that her only concern for the night was making sure we loved our experience. Not to mention our waitress, Asha, was an absolute sweetheart and made sure we were taken care of all night. I hope she sticks around because we'll be looking for her every time we come in.

The Brisket: absolutely devine
The Pulled Pork: a must have
The Collard Greens: I could eat all day
The Banana Pudding: PERFECT (basically ruined all other banana puddings for me)

The food was incredible (I got so stuffed), the service was beyond excellent, and the atmosphere was so comfortable, we just sat there for a while not wanting to leave. My wife took her father the very next day because she simply wanted him to experience it all.

Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q will be a regular visit for us for a long time.

This was the best experience I've had at Jim 'N Nick's in both Georgia and North Carolina!

There are many BBQ restaurants in this area but I don't know how you could beat Jim N Nic's. BBQ is great and the side are delicious, especially the collard greens and biscuits.

I am not a stranger to the brand, but this particular location did it up for us!
The staff was really polite. The food came out in record timing and it was hot and fresh. We all got what we wanted. I ordered the baby back ribs which was more than enough to take home for later. The banana pudding was to die for, its the homemade custard banana pudding also-amazing!

Great visit during a pandemic- we will definitely be returning sometime soon.

James was our server and he was AMAZING! Very attentive, personable, and we could feel that he genuinely cared about our experience. Food speaks for itself 👌🏼 and the service was just as good with James!

Love It Here, Love It Absolutely Love Jim 'N Nick's Bar B Q. Speedy service, Fresh Hot foods Served. Employees were patience, very nice in greeting their customs. The was a well-oriented employee. She showed knowledge in the menu selections, she even gave my family suggestions.

I know the food good there. Jan 26 2024. picked my rib dinner to go got home to much salt on the ribs. very disappointed.

I get the turkey breast meal with greens and mac & cheese every time I go so I can't speak to the other meals. Most tender, flavorful turkey I've eaten out besides my own. Love the cheese muffins.

Hands down our new BBQ place. We decided to stop while we were out running errands and we are so glad we did! The food was amazing and so was the staff. Lemonade was incredible and the cheese Biscuits are to die for!
