NCG Cinemas - Snellville

I wanted to leave a review for Josh Miller and his team from my experience this past weekend for my movie premiere event hosted at his venue. My initial booking with the venue was a bit of a hassle but once I decided to reach out to the theater directly, worked with Josh things ran so much more smoothly. My event was truly a success. I have to be honest I was not pleased with the condition of the seating, which would give this review a horrible review BUT I'm giving the 5 to Josh and his team. My event was still a success nonetheless so I am happy about that! Josh worked with me to get as many of the seats in presentable condition but the truth, in my opinion, is that this is a corporate issue. From the moment that I booked my event the seating condition should have been disclosed from their Event Specialist. I understand that their corporate/booking is done in MI and I am booking in GA BUT they still should be aware of the condition of their venues prior to booking events. Truly an area that corporate needs to improve upon.

Now....the good from the event. As mentioned before Josh and his team were amazing! We were having issues setting up the step and repeat. Josh told me not to worry that they would take care of it and they did!!! Everyone was so very nice, incredibly helpful and I really hate that I lost the little piece of paper that had everyone's name that assisted. Please forgive me but know you were absolutely appreciated. I'd certainly use the venue again just for the experience that I was provided! Thank you again Josh and your team for making my movie premiere an epic success!

This was our first time at this theater. Manager Brian and the staff he lead made us feel at home and were so friendly. We will definitely be back. The facility was clean and the prices were very reasonable.

We go to very few movies but The Holdovers was recommended as a really good Holiday movie so my husband and I went. I think we were the only people in the theater but it was 1PM on a Thursday. The women's restroom was my first stop. It was spotless. All the soap dispensers were full and paper towels plentiful. Enough said on that. All the chairs in #7 were comfy recliners so this was a real treat! The movie was great, too.

I've been coming to this theater for a few years and the atmosphere is always so nice. It's never too crowded so that's a plus for me. The prices are also reasonable and the service is always professional. It keeps me coming back! I highly recommend.

I took my son here to see Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The two young women working at the ticket counter were so wonderful and friendly. They were so nice to my son and helped make him very excited for the movie. Their overall demeanor was positive and cheerful, and they really seemed to like working at NCG. I wish I had gotten their names.

My sister and I just left for our little girls day. It was amazing. They are always sweet and nice. I have been going here for a while now and never had a bad experience. The chairs are so amazing and the sound is on point. I am also in love with the prices for everything. I Paid like 30 something for tickets 2 large drinks a big thing of popcorn and a bag of candy. You can't beat that. All in all I will rate this my #1 place.

Love going to NCG always been clean when I went. Free refills soda popcorn. It's worth it.

Affordable prices and clean atmosphere. Friendly environment. We love the free refills on the popcorn and drinks. We love the icees! Employee Amber is very friendly and helpful, everytime we come here.

This is one of the best theaters that I have ever been to. I prefer the IMAX locations, but this location is a great spot to go watch a movie. The parking lot has a ton of space, the staff is friendly, the popcorn is fresh, the seats are big and comfortable with large arm rests, the sound/picture of the movie was great, & the prices are reasonable.

This was my first time visiting this location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The theater was extremely clean. The seating was relaxing and comfortable. My entire experience was wonderful. I definitely plan on going again.

Very clean theater, I was shocked and pleased with many greeting upon entering the building. The self service area was also cleaning! The theater rooms itself wasn't sticky, stinky, or dirty. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Hahaha I do miss the candy cups

AFFORDABLE it's almost too good to be true... We LOVE this theatre. Clean and small! The ticket and concession prices are so low you won't believe it. Always caters to the movies they're showing with souvenir style popcorn buckets and drink cups! They are the best!!

My 1st time going to this location. Very clean and the aroma from the popcorn 🍿 was very inviting 😅. The ladies room was very clean. Disappointed they didn't have senior's discount for the time I went. It shouldn't matter what time you go. A senior is a senior 24 hrs a day 😤. Plus seniors like to get in early and get on with their day before the crowd. The price on the candy was unreal. I should have stopped by the $store 😂. But all in all I enjoyed the movie 🤗

Sunday out with the grands, and we went to go see Madea! We laughed the entire time, this theater has really cleaned up, and for the price this is it!! Comfortable chairs, and clean.

These ticket prices are EXACTLY how the movies should be Only $8.00 and discounts certain days of the week... AND FREE REFILLS on any size!!! I’m in Movie Monster heaven! Oh I forgot the very conformity seats too! Recommend this theater to Everyone!
