I recently visited the Express clothing store at the Mall of Georgia, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The store was impeccably clean, creating a pleasant shopping environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my shopping trip enjoyable.

They did not have a turtleneck I really wanted in my size up front but Amari went looking in the back and she’s a real one forreal because it took a lil minute but she found it! Shoutout to her

Manager at this particular location is the best!! She help me two months ago with price override and today she help me over the phone w a order I never received. Very patience and helpful!! This is the managers every store needs!!

I had a very pleasant experience at this store today. They are clearly short staff and it appeared one of the three ladies are new. Even under stress of training and a line deep of 10 people the cashier was wonderful and the manager marellie (spelling unsure) was fantastic!!

Went in early to get a suit with my wife and left extremely satisfied not only did they manage to help me find exactly what i needed. They also got my wife to buy a handful of things. Not sure the ladies name and jose were both helpful.

I came in to do an online return for my wife and the receipt had past the return period. The store manager and cashier were both very helpful and I was leaving very happy. Also, the product has changed and I’m enjoying the change. Will be back to shop.
