I visited this location to enroll in the TSA PreCheck service provided by IDEMIA. Having applied online and selected this convenient spot near my residence, the process was quick and efficient. The staff exhibited professionalism and friendliness, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

My visit to Staples was absolutely wonderful and worthwhile. I interacted with three gentlemen including the Cashier, they were all courteous and seemed eager to assist. The store was very clean and the lighting was simply perfect. All products were perfectly arranged with great signs indicating where the items were, which made finding anything very facile. Shout out to Christian, who really took his time to help me create a banner.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and having products available. However, the steno books were not available. I ordered them.

I want to thank the man Isaac. A very responsible and kind person. Helped me in this store twice! I advise every store to find such a wonderful employee!

The Staples at the Mall of Georgia has a terrific staff of customer service personnel. They're extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is my favorite office supply store!

The manager Senil (maybe misspelled) was friendly and guided me on how to properly set up my business cards so they could print as intended.

I told you I was going to tell on you Drake! I went to buy a chair mat. Drake fished around in the back until he found just what I needed. I got to the register, the cashier not only explained the rewards program and helped me set it up, he brought it to my car! I wanted to buy something else just to be treated like royalty again. My purchase was important because I had surgery today. They don’t know just they impacted my life and helped to make my situation easy and stress free! I’m so glad I walked into the store when I did! Thanks guys for all you do, keep up the good work! Customers see your efforts!

The staff are always friendly when I arrive and very knowledgeable of any items that I may be looking for specifically. I also utilize their same day delivery when it comes to brochures, business cards, etc. and each time they have delivered. GREAT environment and every employee that I've come across has been a pleasure to work with.

I ordered cards online, submitted my design. It said there were going to be available for pick up at 8pm, by 10am I got confirmation it was done. Pick up was fast and cards were perfect! In and out in not time!

Stopped in looking for an office chair and was immediately greeted upon entering. As I started to try out their chairs two friendly associates asked if they could help me during the first 5 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised because I was expecting Office Max type service where I feel like an invisible customer. They had dozens of chairs so I spent about an hour trying every one of them and a young man named Joshua periodically checked back with me offering assistance. It is rare to get this level of service and I always make the time to write a review when I do. I highly recommend this location and I will definitely be going back.

Words cannot describe how helpful Ella was with my printing services she went above and beyond to make sure my products were perfect since there was a problem with how I had uploaded the design but she was super sweet & professional I truly appreciate the customer service. Five stars is not enough for her!
