Savannah is the best sales rep ever! She sold me my dream car, a Tesla Model X, via video then later we met in person and she made the whole process so easy and fun. She was very personable and not pushy at all, and she answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. She even gave me some tips on how to transition from my model s to my new model x for the business, which is awesome. We love our new car and I'm so grateful to Savannah for making it happen. TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE! We had a unique car search for a specific car which was an impossible solo task. Enlisting the help of Colin at MINI mall of GA was the best decision we made. Colin is a phenomenal sells associate. We were not in the market to buy but seen a car that sparked our interest so stopped in. He was not pushy at all. I came three hours to MOG Mini, because I had a great experience when I bought my previous JCW. I had been looking for about 6 months at different models, and Yuri was patiently sending me information about those I showed interest.

When my husband and I showed up at the dealership, he was ready for us and welcoming. He took cues to the fact that I was looking at cars and talked to me, not defaulting to the husband as many salesman do. He was patient as I test drive over two days for different models, and ultimately decided upon a Countryman S that was in the showroom for, which had to be removed for the test drive.

When the deal was being made, we worked out the deal I was comfortable with making, and they provided lunch to us continue the negotiation and with us into finance. This was great to allow us to drive the three hour return trip and arrive at home at a decent hour. Overall, Yuri and the dealership keep us coming back to purchase at MOG Mini.

My husband and I traveled from Charlotte to purchase a truck we found online. The experience was great from start to finish. Sam provided additional photos and a video, answered all questions timely. Mark made the financing easy. We showed up and they were ready to go. Would recommend Sam and team to anyone, would definitely buy from here again.

Listen!! I've owned over 30 cars. This dealership is at the top amongst the best purchases. The presentation was great. I drove all the way from NY. The paper work was swift, I was in & out. Car had 2 minor issues & the dealer took care of them with no problem or headache. They were very upfront with the numbers and didn't try to hide any fees. I ordered a 2024 custom-built JCW Convertible late July, traded in my 2021 Convertible today. Catia made the whole process smooth and easy. From the build all the way up to the trade-in today. She kept in contact with regular updates. I think she was just as excited as me 😜. This was the 1st time I've had a great experience at a dealership and a great salesperson throughout the whole process. I was in and out of the dealership today in less than 2 hours!!! Savannah Nichols was the best salesperson I could have asked for after unexpectedly needing to buy a car (mine died in December). I certainly didn't make it easy for her as I wanted to stay in a specific price range but needed a used car with low miles...a hard find in today's market.

Throughout the entire 8+ hours I was there, she remained patient, listened when I explained why I was saying "no" to a specific car, never lost her smile, sense of humor, or willingness to work with me, and kept trying to find "the one" without being pushy.

I honestly didn't think she'd find what I needed, but in the end she produced exactly that, what I needed if not exactly what I wanted (sometimes wants and needs don't align, to my great dismay). Went from a 2012 Mini Cooper Coupe JCW to a 2022 Hyundai Kona Limited....two very different cars, but under these circumstances, it's a perfect match.

If you want to buy a car (new or used Mini, or used non-Mini), please go see Savannah (she's the one on the right in the photo). Her unending energy and consistent, honest willingness to work with me were tops.

She was very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions. Never did I feel any pressure to buy my Mini that I have fallen in love with with.
