Walmart Supercenter

I placed an order for baby shower cupcakes and a sub sandwich tray. Both departments called me to verify what I actually ordered and thank goodness they did because the employees that took the orders took them down incorrectly. I appreciate you being so thorough and concerned about my order! Kudos to the bakery and deli for doing an amazing job!!!

This store is okay for a Walmart. They seem to always be understaffed. On this particular visit, I needed pool salt. Not only did the young man load my cart but he also waited for me to checkout and loaded it in my car. He was outstanding, a rarity for this store. When I asked the supervisor if he could help me to load this, she just rolled her eyes and told him to help me (exactly what I would have expected from her). But the young man was so sincere and helpful, kudos to him. At no time did he act like this was a chore that he didn't want to do (even if that is what he was thinking). He should be the supervisor and not the older lady in the garden department!

Nice clean location. Not understaffed well not during our visit. Greeter at the Grocery entrance was very friendly when we went in and when we exited. Plenty of self serve registers

Went to return items at customer service counter, even though Nancy was working solo, she provided a polite greeting, fast and easy return.

My favorite store unfortunately all will marts don't give the same service but this on is okay 👌

Found a lot of clearance items which helped keep my budget and stress together during my holiday season!!! I felt Good.

I love the self checkout. But I must say I hate all those big cards down the aisles they won't even move out the way. they are working on other people orders or I don't know what it is that they're doing with all those blue big buckets but they don't want to help you when you ask for help and they're in your way. that is awful! I wonder what it is that they're doing and if they're out there like that, please answer our questions.

Retro Lounge is a cool place to play board games, retro and New Gen systems. They even have a basketball and air hockey table. I can't wait for this weekend to go hang at the flea and play at Retro Lounge.

I definitely want congratulate the pharmacy area people. Oh my God they work so hard. Under the gun with ill people in both meanings of the word ill

This is a good walmart. It is very large and have a lot of good merchandise. And I love the grocery store section. You can find everything there and the employees are very helpful and friendly

Walmart always had everything I need. The new health and vision center is lovely. I also liked the new look at the pharmacy.

Like always great. A bit different setting and a few more items than in NC

Great well clean Walmart! Customer service👍🏽 really great the lady took me where was the item that i am looking for with graceful attitude. Most of shelves was stocked up. Deli was lot of choices different side dishes, sandwiches and they even have sushi 😳 fruits are stocked up and fresh. Love the organic sections 💚💚💚 And shout out lots of sustainable choices as well woohoo💚♻From out of state visitor point of view, IMPRESSIVE 👍🏽

Everything is good, but the phone new interactive system for pharmacy doesn't have an option to talk to the pharmacist.

Clean and friendly service!!! The staff were very helpful. As expected from a Walmart there were plenty of options in the grocery section.

Gabby and Lolita are the best customer service. I rarely shop at Walmart but needed a few items. I wandered in the store and saw Lolita on a ladder and asked for help. She told me where to go but saw the expression on my face that I was a deer in high beams. She escorted me to the items and wished me a great day. I told her how blessed I am and that God is still in the blessing business. She was so excited to hear that she took off her gloves and shook my hand. Gabby was so esamt thst the item I was looking for was showing 8.92 but was online for $2.96 took all to the self check out and Gabby helped me scan and pack. Great job. Please don't cut their hours Walmart. Maybe you could cut the CEO pay check and let the guys at the bottom get the hours to support their family.

I recently moved to the area and now have to learn this store, but the associates have been very helpful each time I've asked a question to locate a product. Also, the greeter (an older lady with an oxygen machine) is so sweet.
