Nordstrom Rack

My visit to Nordstrom Rack on 12/15/2023, was a return visit, as an item ordered and picked up, was damaged. I had already corresponded with the store manager Katherine, who promptly and professionally responded to my concerns, asking that I ask for her, upon my return. As my sister and I waited in line, I spotted the manager's name on her work apron, at one of the registers. I called out and she enthusiastically greeted us. We made it to the front of the line and landed at Katherine's register. She again greeted me and gave a heartfelt apology for the damaged item and the inconvenience of having to make the return. Two minutes at the register and I felt that my world was coming to an end. I have Vertigo and was having a severe episode that almost put me on the ground. Katherine remained calm and continued to talk to me quietly, while another employee Carmen, came around the counter bringing me a chair, though I had initially turned it down, trying not to be an inconvenience. Both women are outstanding examples of how we should treat one another, regardless of our position in life. Carmen remained with me until my breathing returned to normal and she was convinced it was safe for me to leave. The actions of Nordstrom's employees kept my brain focused on them and prevented my episode from worsening and needing medical treatment. I am unable to express how grateful I am, to have had both women on my path today!!!

Shopping experience at Nordstrom Rack was fantastic! Great customer service. The floor representative that I interacted with was very courteous and pleasant. The store was very well lit. Although the traffic was intensed, the overall experience was well worth it.

Had the most amazing experience here with Lynda H. I was standing in line to pay and dropped my case with my earpiece and was unable to locate one of the . For 5 minutes I searched high and low and was unsuccessful. Lynda asked how I was doing and I said not good and told why. She immediately came from behind the counter to help me look. We didn’t find it but she offered to take my name and number and call me if they find it. I went back one more time getting on my hands and knees and saw that it was lodged under the beverage cooler but my hands were too big to reach. Lynda them came back and was able to retrieve my ear piece. She went above and beyond for something that had nothing to do with her job description. She is absolutely amazing and so kind. Offering me hand sanitizer and everything. I sat outside typing this review because the link on the receipt did not work ☹. I decided to go back in the store and speak to her manager. Cynthia was just as pleasant as Lynda was.

Service and sale person was really nice and helpful.

Pickup online order completed in record time-less than 24 hours. Nordstrom employee who retrieved my order was professional, pleasant, and had a beautiful smile. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes.

Clean, good items, not busy !

Could be a bit better organized but for a discount store it's pretty good. A lot of options and a nice selection of everything from women's and men's clothing, designer brands, accessories and household items. One of my favorite places to shop.

I've been going here for years to get my fresh on. They use to have a better sunglasses section and fragrances but it's still decent. We found a nice outfit for me and a dress for my lady this weekend to go take pictures. They always have nice, good quality pieces here. Will definitely be back...

Had a return from online purchase. While waiting in line noticed every employee wiped down counter n credit card machine - each took real care even when busy super impressive. All employees very professional and helpful. Scored awesome pair boots too!

Exchanged a luggage bag. Forty-five day's return policy. The rolling luggage bag was more adequate, but it was always tipping over, the wheels not built to suit the weight that it can carry.

Always a great selection, especially of shoes and the employees are above average in all of the most important ways. Definitely one of the best Nordstrom Racks I’ve been to.

Was able to find great buys. The sales personnel at this locations are always professional and very polite.

This was my first visit to Nordstrom Rack, and I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are extremely reasonable, but sometimes you may be able to find a better deal. The quality of the items are unbeatable though. If you're looking for name brand items for a much cheaper price than most retailers, this is a wonderful store for you.

I love it....they have the best selection of large size n designer shoes. As a woman I wear sz 11 and 12 shoes. I love me some fly shoes and at4 Nordstrom Rack I always always get at least 2 pair every time i go. My husband wears 13 and 14 and he come away with at least 2 pair also. They carry sizes up to Sz 16. I got $150 leather shoes for $45
