Bad, bad, bad!! I had an appointment for 7:30 am and arrived before 7:15, the designated time to arrive for check in. Promptly checked in and was asked to have a seat. At 7:44 was told I would have a wait because I arrived late! I was told I arrived at 7:25 and that they had already taken back both 8 am appointments. I explained I arrived on time and was not late. She lied again and said that they didn’t get my paperwork in time and so they took the 8 am patients. I asked if it was 8am yet and she said no. I work in a medical practice and you don’t take back your patients before their designated time!! Absolutely no justification for this what so ever. While I was waiting a patient did come in late and they whisked her back immediately. Another patient arrived thinking she was for 7:30 and another receptionist explained she was for 8 am but needed to check in at 7:30. That patient wasn’t happy, though she made the mistake and they took her back early. So the one who showed up in time, me, had to wait. I left the office and will not return.
