Visited NOLA for the first time, this is an absolute must do when there. Booked in advance for a Sunday cruise, enjoyed the live Jazz, good selection of cocktails - overall a nice atmosphere cruising on the river soaking in the beautiful sights.

Gina.
Remember that name.
Gina.
The cruise was great, but Gina made it awesome. I've never seen a hostess cater to so many people so thoroughly and so effectively.
We took a vote, and decided unanimously that she was the most gracious hostess we had ever worked with.

My wife and I set sail earlier today for the mid-day experience inclusive of the 11am lunch seating. Helpful hints for those planning to travel at lunch time: (1) do NOT arrive early - you'll just stand in direct sunlight until boarding begins at 11:00am (2) do secure a place for the first seating - you'll finish eating about the time of cast off (3) do visit all decks - number of open seats will vary depending on how many people have joined you and (4) take lots of photos along the way. Note: the meal is a plated lunch sampler and the included drinks (water and tea) are self-service (a photo of the meal is included in this review).

Nice cruise down the river during the day.

There was a guide speaking over the intercom explaining the different buildings and areas as we went up the river. On the way back to New Orleans, a jazz band played. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

We came to NOLA for our second time, having done a lot the first trip we randomly booked a tour for the Oak Alley Plantation through Grayline and it did not disappoint. Our driver Alton was great, safe, funny and veryyy knowledgable of LA culture and the plantations. A truly great experience.

After the plantation tour we booked another tour through this company for the evening jazz cruise. had beautiful weather on Saturday night in October. The full moon was everything. Had a bar and snacks for those who did not purchase the dinner option.

10/10

Whole family loved the entire cruise.
The narrated portion was awesome and the jazz was good!!
We didn’t do the lunch, the hot dogs were great and the jazz punch hit the spot.

We took the daytime jazz cruise with lunch. Two hour cruise on the Mississippi River. It was very informative, there was live historical narration and a live jazz band. Both were excellent. Food was great. It was a fun experience.

The cruise along the Mississippi river aboard the historic Natchez Steamboat is definitely a must when visiting New Orleans. We opted for the lunch cruise. Lunch was pretty good, but there's a snack bar if you're not hungry enough for a full lunch. Be sure to listen to the Captain's narration, as there's lots of interesting history along the river. The live band was great!

Such a great way to learn some facts about New Orleans. Just steps from The Jackson square. Have something to eat made fresh right there in the kitchen. You have the ability to tour the workings of the steam boat. The gift shop has lots of items that is only available on the boat. And all veterans get a discount on your tickets.

We travelled to New Orleans from Australia and had booked tickets on the Steamboat Natchez. Unfortunately we realised when we arrived that we had accidentally booked the cruise for the previous day, which was before we arrived. In a panic we called the office and spoke to wonderful lady there who helped us out by refunding the cruise we missed and booking us on a dinner cruise the next day. We were so relieved and thankful!
The cruise itself was great and I couldn’t recommend it more! A great experience all around.

It was a windy, cold but sunny day but that did not hamper the trip. We sat outside in the sun and it was very enjoyable. Guide tells of history, sites to see and more river info. The riverboat was quite beautiful and though we didn't have the lunch, menu looked good plus they offered snacks and had a great bar. About a 2 hour trip. Worth it.

Was really neat experience. Dinner was good service was awesome!!! Waitress was amazing and patient !! She took care of all of our needs and she was very friendly!!! The experience was a one time thing for me , only because I get bored easy!! No complaints!! My only request is that the management team start adding gratuity, because no one tipped any of the waitresses .... Even if its a buffet the waitress still gets everything and makes sure you are satisfied !! Always tip your waitresses !!! Point blank period, waitresses depend on tips to live!!!
