Athleta

I’ve been to the Athleta store in Brighton a few times since it opened and it has always been clean and organized. I stopped in recently and the staff was very helpful, friendly and informed me of the events/sales they had going on. It’s nice having an Athleta within a plaza instead of inside a larger mall.

Best location to shop at! Staff is amazing always so friendly, greeting on entry, and helpful while shopping and check out. Highly recommend! My daughter loves this store, clothing is high quality and durable, perfect fit, lengths, and comfortable! Store is well laid out and spacious, always organized, and clean. Seems like we are there every other week, we love it and the location is perfect!

I am overjoyed by the new store opened at Green Oak Mall in Brighton. The store is quite large and I have been there several times. It is always clean and neat. The merchandise is displayed very professionally. The service has been inconsistent. A few times I visited the store the employees were slow to greet me and lacked enthusiasm. Hoping it improves.

I have spent a lot of money at Athleta
and I have been a loyal customer . However , I purchased something I needed to return and they have since changed their return policy from a 90 day to a 30 day. I came in 35 days after purchasing the item and they would not accept the return. I requested to speak to the manager and was willing to accept store credit even , and the manager said there was
nothing she could do. I have a long history working in retail and I am confident she could have made exception which she was unwilling to do. To say I am disappointed is an understatement . I called customer care at the corporate level and they said had it been an online purchase, they would have made an exception but the store manager has the say at the store level. I will no longer shop at this location and likely not at all but if I do,
I will be sure it is online where I can receive more quality customer care.
