Great experience with service, professionalism and the quality of work was top notch. Jacob arrived on time, he was trustworthy and completed my repair in a timely manner. He showed me how a plumber from another business sealed my toilet completely wrong. He reviewed everything he was doing before starting the service, reviewed and asked my permission during the repair and once again at the end of the call.
We are all a little skeptical when calling a plumber. However, from my initial call to schedule to the very end of the repair I was treated with kindness, respect and honesty. What a relief to know I have somewhere trustworthy to call for future repairs. Highly recommend! Jacob was fantastic!

The initial consultation for estimate was very professional & helpful. The tech that was sent afterwards was knowledgable & respectful of our home & took time to discuss & show us the issues that needed attention & options to remedy it. He cleaned up bathroom after completing tasks & he was very patient considering the involved job he had to do with sewer drain issue & the equipment that was involved. He did a great job & we certainly appreciate the hard work & dedication he put in.

Had a really phenomenal conversation with Todd this morning. He was incredibly knowledgeable, clearly had a mastery of his trade, and was very willing to share that knowledge. He had first hand experience with my model water softener, which was reassuring. Most importantly (and what inspired me to write a review) was how he was willing to be straight with me on what does and does not need to be worked on - it's not necessarily the best way to squeeze the most money out of a customer, but it is the way to convince me to call him back every time I need a plumber.

The tech Francis that came to my home was very kind and knowledgeable. Most importantly told me what he would be doing to my Water heater. And had a positive outcome it was fix that very same evening!

Great experience. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He spent time explaining everything in a manner I could understand. He made a horrible day much better and helped me figure out my best options. I would highly recommend him to anyone with water problems of any kind. He spent time figuring out my 'burst water pipe' was actually a clogged drain for my water softener and recommended several options.

Needed a pressure tank replaced we used Benjamin Franklin plumbing before for an emergency job so that is who I contacted. Zackary Clark came out first to give me a quote he was nice and very patient with all of my questions. He told me what I needed, made sure I was satisfied and showed me a few different quote options. Then I had Wes Cassady come out later in the week to install everything. He was very nice and did all the work as quickly as he could. Overall very happy with this company and I will be reaching out again for any plumbing work I need.

Our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. Francis came out within 2 hours of our calling. He replaced our sump pump speedily and efficiently. He was both friendly and knowledgeable. A great combination.
