What a great store. They had a nice selection of men's shoes. I found just what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place.

I had a very good experience at Mast shoes. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable about shoes and helped me find both sandals and boots that fit my ‘hard to fit feet’ well. She removed all the stuffing from the shoes and put them on my feet which really sped up the “trying on” process. All the staff at the store was very friendly. I highly recommend this shoe store for its great customer service, and good selection shoes from high quality brands.

Came in looking for new workout and every day shoes to help manage my plantar fasciitis diagnosis. Received amazing customer service and had a great assessment about what my feet need based on their natural structure and current issues. No one is ever in a hurry - the staff will stick with you until the fit is right, there has been ample time for decision making. Everyone is pleasant, cheerful, and professional. I'm committed to shopping at locally owned, independent stores and am so grateful that the best shoe shop in town fits the bill.

Christa assisted me purchase a pair of slip resistant work shoes. She provided a couple of options, after sizing my feet, and one was a better fit. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this business highly.

This shoe store is like going back in time when service ti customers was the #1 goal. They still measure your feet, find out the kind of shoe you’re seeking, and show you around. They don’t want you to walk out with shoes that don’t fit.

Christa worked with me to find precisely what I came in for and had the insight to provide me with something that I didn't even know that I needed. I told her how I work from home and stand all day, often working barefoot or in my socks. She said, "Have you considered a "house slipper" with some support to it? She then proceeded to fit me with the perfect pair of Haflinger's, which I just LOVE!! Hats off to Christa for knowing her products and taking care of what I truly needed for happy feet.

When I had ankle surgery, my orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist recommended this store. It's a nice shop and you're actually taken care of like old times. You're actually measured and they care about what conditions, if any, you need relief from with footwear.

This is a wonderful shoe store. I have wide, flat feet that require good arch support, and Mast Shoes carries many brands that cater to this need. Also, I recently purchased a pair of fashionable waterproof boots for the winter that not only fit my wide feet but also accommodated a wider calf. I have not been able to find boots like this for years!

In addition, the staff members are friendly and the service is great. They measure your feet and help fit the shoes.

I can find very comfortable and stylish shoes at Mast Shoes. The staff are very nice and helpful. Although prices are not cheap. they are good quality. Highly recommended.

I went to middle school with Kyle Mast, like thirty years ago, so I'm pretty sure this place is family owned.
