Brandon’s knowledge, skills, and abilities were on full display. He was personable, genuine and very professional. I have a GC SRT, and he was very knowledgeable about the platform. Brandon had a lot of tips and insights, and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasurable service experience as he kept me well informed and up to date with what was going on with my vehicle. The mechanic chased down a minor problem, fixed it, and I was on my way!

Today Lisa was traveling to Pennsylvania via I-80 in her new Genthe Jeep Grand Cherokee L when the low tire pressure came on, knocking the car out of cruise control. She was able to get it safely to the side of the road. When she stopped the tire was flat. Lisa called Lucy our sales rep at Genthe Jeep in Saline as she was worried if she had a spare. Lucy assured her that there was a full size spare in the back. AAA soon arrived and Lisa was back on her way. We are lucky to have Lucy at Genthe who takes care of you after the sale.

I actually traveled there all the way from Hawaii to buy a hard-to-find model that they had advertised (used Tacoma TRD Pro). My salesman, Isaiah Christie, and Steve Thompson in finance were incredible. Isaiah was ultra responsive, organized, and easy going. The entire experience was smooth with no surprises. Jeep would not go into 4 wheel drive due to dirt and ice in the gear. Chrysler should build a better protection for that area. We were stuck and couldn't switch to 4 wheel drive. Mike was awesome. The are was cleaned and greased and is working.

The service department did a wonderful job. I got my vehicle in the same day that I called, Jen kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I’ll never take my vehicle anywhere else.

I took a company 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 in for a recall. Brandon’s customer service levels are top knotch. He not only got me in and out of there within an hour and a half, but walked me to the waiting area showing me where the coffee was and letting me know about work space area including the Wi-Fi. When finished, Brandon showed me where my truck was parked. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Gave this dealer another shot after the ownership change and let me tell you I'm glad that I did. Walked in without an appt and was happy to be greeted by Jon and Mike D in service. They were able to get me right in and back on the road in under an hour. Most other dealers told me it was going to be 3-5 just to look at my problem. Will be returning in the future!

After having A complete engine rebuild by another shop Genthe’s auto mechanic, Dave Peters did a terrific job, resealing the transmission pan, oil, pan, and diagnosing and repairing radiator fluid leaking from the top of the engine and timing compartment and hoses. Dave did a great job and I will return for future service for my car with the confidence things will now done right.

We recently signed a lease for a Jeep with the help of Patrick Bonney. Patrick made the process extremely easy and hassle free. There are no gimmicks or tactics, he was upfront and willing to work with us to ensure a smooth process. We have a young baby so spending hours at a dealership was not something we could do, we were able to do the entire process from home and have the car delivered to us.
