William and Jerrod were our installers. They were very competent and respectful during the installation of our cooktop and double oven. Made sure we were aware of and agreeable to any modifications that were necessary while doing the installation. Definitely would request them to do any additional installs we might have in the future. Thank you. Looks and works great.

Chris helped me to locate a hard to find GE Cafe refrigerator that was on back order for 5-6 months everywhere. On top of that, Chris had it delivered to our cottage “up north” within just a few days. Love our new refrigerator! Thank you for going above and beyond!

We ordered all new kitchen appliances and couldn't be happier! They matched prices from the big box stores we had been looking at. Everything was in stock. We asked that the delivery date be moved forward a week and they easily accommodated that.
The delivery crew was EXCEPTIONAL! Roberto and Juan had to go through the yard to the back door. They handled it like the pros that they are. There was some miscommunication regarding connecting the refrigerator to the waterline from the salesman. Roberto was very apologetic and explained how it was supposed to be done.
Overall, we paid a fair price for a great brand and the delivery was amazing. Highly recommend Big George's!

Everything went so smooth from start to finish! Chase was very easy going and knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right washer and dryer set. The delivery was quick - within 3 days of ordering! The delivery guys were amazing as well. Zenon and Alonzo were early, professional and didn’t leave any messes or make any mistakes. The delivery of my new range was great. I was given a delivery window. The guys called when they were within range. They took great care to carefully remove the old stove and install the new. Zach and Juan delivered our appliances (12 pieces) and they did an outstanding job!! They both were very professional, deligent, and most importantly, maticulous to ensure no damage to the equipment or the house ensued. To mention, it wasn’t an easy delivery, the appliances were heavy, needed to go in the basement, and they had to work around difficult turns and other trades’ work to make it happen. Highly recommend these two for future deliveries, great work guys!

Anthony and Alex delivered our two kitchen appliances today from the Ann Arbor store. They were very friendly and polite to talk to. They both took good care of both items when delivered. I made sure I had my front sidewalk and driveway cleared of snow and salted. They were very grateful. I also appreciated there text to me to give us a delivery time within an hour window. Our sales experience was good. We did our research ahead and were pretty informed about quality, features, warranty and sourcing and so went with the SpeedQueens (Wisconsin). The two delivery people were strong and polite, but there was damage when they took the washer to the basement. [Update: Big George's replaced the new front within 2 weeks without cost to us].

The delivery crew, Zack and Thomas, did a great job of carefully bringing our new washer and dryer into our home. They were respectful and polite and gave us tips on using our new laundry appliances. Kate, our sales rep, was super helpful with questions and recommendations on how the appliances would work in our kitchen. William and Jerod was great measuring and installing. They went out of their way with helping us with some granite issues and did a really excellent job installing everything. The delivery/installation people were very polite and knew what they were doing. However, whoever prepared the floor model dishwasher for delivery failed to include all the parts necessary to install it. Unfortunately I now have a new dishwasher sitting on my living room floor waiting for the installation to be completed. Evidently the clamps and brackets are removed from inside floor models. The salesman failed to put them with the dishwasher before it was loaded to be delivered. Grant, the delivery/installation person, was very apologetic and assured me it will be made right. So, I withhold my complete review until the installation is completed to satisfaction, which I hope is soon. Update: with the missing clamps and brackets in tow, the installation went well. Jared and William were professional and knowledgeable and efficient. I've updated the review to 5 stars.

Joe and Eddie were awesome. They arrived promptly, were super professional, and made a very tightly spaced installation seem easy even though it wasn’t at all. I had no concerns ordering from Big Georges. Everything was flawless from purchase to delivery and install. Thank you!

From our first encounter at the store to the delivery and installation of the refrigerator, everything has been perfect. I attribute this to our Sales Associate, Ryan Quinn. At the outset he listened attentively to our needs (we had lost both a refrigerator and a range due to the DTE power outage) and throughout the purchase process, culminating today with the delivery of the refrigerator, it was clear he was monitoring all the events along the way. We had visited other stores. It was no contest — price, product selection and the sense that we could expect a successful outcome. We are now awaiting the delivery of the range and expect the same positive results.

An addendum to the preceding statement:

The range arrived today. As was the case with the refrigerator, delivery and installation of the range was done in a professional manner. We were advised days in advance of the delivery date and, on that date, the installers contacted us to let us know of the exact delivery time. They arrived, installed the range, tested the oven and gave us a brief introduction to how to use the range. They were terrific.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Big George’s. Ryan Q. made my trip to get a new water filter for my fridge very quick and easy! I just provided him with the Model # of my fridge and he easily and quickly got me settled with the filter I needed- thanks, Ryan! Also- I felt the space itself was very clean, including the women’s restroom. I loved the old photos on the wall, too!

Colin seemed well-versed in the appliance we were looking for. He was readily able to answer our questions about Bosch dishwashers as compared to others in similar price point. He wrapped up rhe sale, delivery was prompt with date and time as promised. Excellent communication from both email tracking and driver.

The team (Rob H and Andrew) did a great job installing my new washer. Removed a handrail to fit through a stairwell and put it back the way they found it. Both were pleasant to interact with. Across the board no hiccups.
