I had an exceptional experience shopping at Plum Market. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a clean, well-organized space that felt inviting. The selection of high-quality, organic produce was impressive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive range of specialty foods and local products.

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, readily available to answer any questions and guide me through my shopping journey. I particularly appreciated the wine selection, curated with care and offering a variety of options to suit different preferences and budgets.

Moreover, the checkout process was smooth and efficient, making the entire shopping experience hassle-free. Plum Market has definitely set a high standard for grocery shopping, and it's a place I will happily return to. Five stars all the way!

I absolutely love Plum Market! Their selection or Organic Produce is fantastic, and it is beautifully displayed. I like the fact that you are able to find everything all at one location too with many different varieties too. The prepared foods deli section is amazing - so many delicious items to choose from. I prefer Organic items, and Plum Market has the largest selection in every department - and the largest variety of Jeni’s Ice Cream too!! The staff are always very helpful - and you can always find someone if you have a question.

So many healthy options of food especially for the plant-based diet. Staff is consistently very helpful and friendly.

The California sushi rolls are way to good. I’m surprised that this sushi tastes so elegant. The Moroccan empanadas are amazing when there heated up perfectly.

Working here was seamless. They have an exceptionally organized onboarding and training process. Every coworker in the entire establishment was kind, welcoming, and genuinely there to help me get more acclimated. I highly recommended working and shopping at the Ann Arbor West Plum Market. A great team!!

The Store is well organized and always fun to shop at because of all the unique products. Julie was at the register checking us out and she was very knowledgeable about the rewards program and ended up saving me over $50! Would recommend for the selection of products and the incredibly helpful staff!

You can count on high quality groceries, many local products, hard-to-find items. The deli/soup/salad offerings are better than Whole Foods - fresher, made in-house. This store is more expensive than others in town.

I love their selection of groceries in general, but it is their hot case that truly shines. The customer service is exceptional and the food is very good!

My favorite location to shop at . Employees are always very nice and helpful, store is clean and organized , plenty of checkout associates available which makes it pleasant and easy to shop . This is my so often grab a quick bite place . Food is always fresh and tasty , love their soup bar and sushi . For special occasions for friends I often use their bakery . Special shout-out to their Flower department I love girls that work there they are very creative and can make something so special and beautiful on anyone’s budget . Love this store , keep up a good work .

More than a grocery store, it has a broad range of products from produce, to meats, seafood, dairy, cheese, deli, bakery, and so much more. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are fair, especially considering the quality. You won't be disappointed shopping at Plum Market.

I find Plum market pricey, but the quality if exceptional

Great selection of premium and organic products with best-in-class service and an excellent and modern store facility. We have shopped here about 5 times. Products are definitely priced at a premium, but you can usually find something special that you can't find at other high-end grocery stores. This store is also situated at a great location along Maple Road on the west side of Ann Arbor.

Beautiful, many varieties of wine and beer and spirits. That's what I went in for and I found way more choices than I expected!

I’m always delighted to visit this store, freshest vegetables, best liquor selection, most delicious hot and cold lunch bars, and knowledgeable staff who help me find rare items (thank you, Plum, for always stocking Saint Agur blue cheese!), just a wonderful shopping experience!

A great place to do most of your shopping. One can get organic fruits, vegetables and fresh greens. The selection in alcohol is good too. There are lot of organic stuff in face creams and chips and meat too. They sell food prepared there and there's a selection of food in meat, salad, cakes.
