Hey! Nice store over all!
On a side note, if you're willing to pay me $100 dollars and provide some cleaning supplies, I guarantee I'll get the rancid urine smell out of the men's bathroom. If you closed your eyes and teleported into there, but didnt know where you were, you would be certain you were in the final boss of all dive bar bathrooms. It actually is pretty amazing that in the year I've been shopping at this location, not a single employee has said, "You know what, I'm cleaning tf out of this bathroom, because I absolutely refuse to continue to use it in these conditions." Seriously, hit me up.

Jenna and Nikki are always helpful! All of thecworkers are nice. Short waits in self check out isles,. There's even a Pharmacy in the store!

I really like this store and location. The employees are always friendly and always busy stocking the shelves. The guys that stock the freezer section are always helpful. The produce department employees always go to the back to check things that are out of stock on the floor, if you ask. Management also seems nice and are helpful when needed.

After an incident with a catering order. Sean and a follow manager went out of their way to not only fix it but also make it up to us. I can't thank them both enough for the way they handled the situation and how hard they went to accomodate us. We shop at Kroger daily and this just shows how much they do care about their customers. Thank you

Really good prices for plants.

Clean, well-lit, nice spacing. Well-stocked, well-marked aisles. Store was fully staffed. Decent prices and sales. I used self check-out; no wait, no snags, barcodes scanned easily and even unlabeled produce was not difficult to process.

Nicolette assisted me in self-check out today and had the warmest energy. She was so helpful, quick to help, and made what could have been a simple interaction the highlight of my day.

Despite the worker shortage and resulting mandatory self checkout, we received top notch service from Jared at the service desk. Thanks for the RenFest tickets and discount. You are much appreciated Sir.

Nice place been shopping here 7 years++ and I’m very pleased. They have an excellent produce department. The new interior changes are seeming to work very nicely so far some things easier to find than others.

Very great selection of items, even with the pandemic, and staff really is doing their best. I see some of the employees (specifically at check-out) running around multi-tasking yet they still manage to be friendly and help even the more ornery shoppers with a smile*

I recommend using the machines closest to the produce side of the store if you have a big order, because those machines have an extra shelf on top you can put stuff on. The machines can sometimes be a hassle, but the employee usually does their best to fix it. Any issues with coupons i've ever had were solved really quickly at the service desk. Kudos to them.

This was my home Kroger for a few years and I always enjoyed how friendly the staff always was, and how hard working they always seemed to be in terms of keeping the store in excellent condition. I saw many management staff always walking around seeming to check customer experiences or inspecting for improvements. I've never had an issue here and it's one of those stores where you can feel that they care.

This Kroger has the best flower shop I have ever seen! The gentleman that runs it is one of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He truly cares about what he does and the people he helps. If I lived here I would never go to another flower shop again!!

Looking at past reviews I can say they have changed for the better. Customer Service ROCKS! Price is high like all other stores but when they have a sale and when I use the digital coupons, I come out with SAVINGS. I love the quality of their food (Kroger brand). The experiences I have had keeps me coming back weekly.

Excellent Kroger in town. Superb wine section. Wonderful produce, deli, meat and seafood counters. It is immensely popular so it can get very crowded around expected peak times and items and selections do run out, this would be expected of anywhere carrying fresh items in my opinion. They do a really fine job of managing long lines almost always and I've never had a grumpy cashier in twenty years. I just can't find a reason to go to the other so called upscale markets in town when I have this Kroger right here.

I love the Murray's cheese department here!!! Autumn is amazing love the service she provided me when I need cheese! I also seen a good friend who works in the deli here Lucy is always Soo nice I'm glad she is here! Will be shopping here for awhile. Thanks Autumn for everything and you shop is beautiful and you have a awesome team of mongers who helped me as well.

Madhi and Abdul are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable. I throughly enjoy my interactions with them everytime I pick up my prescriptions. They are to be commended!

Staff very helpful with directions to required article. The self-checkout is an excellent substitude to human counter. Service in this compartment shoud not leave it to be a mere self-run rather than also assited checkout.
With little exceptions, assistants are not prompt in the self-check out. I often find that "selection" has a good real meaning in this store. Fruits, proccessed meats, meats, dairy, alcoholics are often good selectes, and prices continuously matched and kept lower that the competition. It seems that management here takes good care of disability hiring, keeping a respectable balance.It gives a powerful message of inclusion given the apparent high number of customers visiting here.

Krogers employees are working overtime and are far an beyond amazing in their jobs. The store went through a major overhaul and that was not easy to all but they pulled it off an spaced EVERYTHING out! I have shopped with them for over 50 yrs. They continue to have the widest variety for the best prices And im a vegan,my mother(lives with me)a vegetarian an my son an keto! Now that covers alot with coupons tailored for us. 😘

Like that people are stable, cashiers and others who work with public have been around a long time. Make it friendly and welcoming. Thanks for your e excellent service and making me feel cared for..

Drive thru pharmacy. Sometimes you just don’t want to have to go inside for your
prescriptions. Here you don’t have to. I shop the ads for Kroger. I find the prices are often cheaper than Meijer. Nice clean store....terrible parking, terrible entrances and exits. I have used their home delivery service and I highly recommend it.
I have also used the curb pickup service and would like to suggest you hire shoppers that are particular about your produce....your shoppers are NOT. Because
of this I don’t buy produce this way anymore. LOVE that your ad sales also are
available with curbside purchases.
