I recently got into a pretty bad car accident down in Rhode Island and luckily everyone was ok but I was still worried about what am I going to do next. I contacted my agent Caitlyn Turgeon at HBL up in NH who FIRST asked if I was OK, then got to business easing my worries about moving forward in the process of filing a claim. Not to mention she was helping me on her day off, some really GREAT customer service to me! It took only 2 weeks after to get the car inspected, deemed a complete loss, then giving us the best return possible! This allowed us to upgrade to the new Nissan. Good things can still come from bad situations if you have the right people behind you. I highly recommend contacting Caitlyn over at HBL for all your insurance needs.

HBL Group’s staff is phenomenal! I have been a very happy customer for over 5 years. I wouldn't say shopping for insurance is a fun activity but Caitlyn and HBL made it painless. Quick communication, concise explanations and a full end-to-end service (including canceling my previous policies!) made the whole process easy and friction-free.

I called the number in my progressive app to complain about a significant rate increase. By some luck i got karen handling my call and while she couldnt offer answers immediately, she promised to call back before she left for the day. And she did with plenty of time to spare. She was able to give me the info and options i needed then on top of having spent an hour on hold to progressive herself, just so she could further explain something that couldn't have been altered. She was personable and frankly difficult to stop chatting with because it was just a good time. I made arrangements for her to personally handle all my future needs and when i have the opportunity i will be recommending her specifically to my aquaintainces. My husband and I just recently lost both vehicles in a freak accident. Two trees, two cars, one household with 100% of the vehicles totaled. Caitlyn (our HBL agent) was available to us within minutes of the accident and answer all of our questions. Given the holiday weekend we had to wait on the adjusters, but she made sure they knew the urgency of our case, and we received a call within hours of the office opening. Working with our insurance company (Hanover) has also been a delight. They have been responsive, prompt, and making sure we get the most return on our vehicles. We would have never found this company without Caitlyn. Lastly (as if another reason is needed to work with Caitlyn/HBL) we have had little to no out of pocket expenses with this accident, and we were told this was due to the coverage Caitlyn set us up with. She made sure we had the coverage right for us, at a more than reasonable cost. I truly recommend working with Caitlyn at HBL and would give them a 5 out of 5 for every interaction and service.

I was transferred to HBL when my local MetLife office closed. I have not had any issues with insurance until yesterday. Hanover decided to drop us and not provide a reason as to why they wouldn’t reinstate our coverage. Alyssa worked all morning to try to figure out why and when she was not provided a response she went ahead and quoted us with other insurance companies... this was all before she called me. When she called me she presented the problem but already had a solution and I ended up saving money!!!! Can’t say THANK YOU enough to Alyssa for helping me through a stressful day that’s exacerbated by world conditions! Give this girl a raise!!!!! Happy with his quickly she took care of our needs! Hope we don’t need to call again anytime soon but if we do I am confident any need we have will be taken care of!!!!!

I requested a quote for auto insurance on Thursday night. Alyssa reached out to me early Friday morning and asked for some more info. We emailed back and forth Friday while Alyssa was finding me the best deal with the coverage I was looking for. I emailed her early in the morning Saturday and she was able to get everything squared away before 9am so I could pick up my car that day! I highly recommend working with Alyssa at HBL insurance. Alyssa was EXTREMELY helpful and quick to respond. I’m glad to have connected with her so I know I have someone I can count on in the future if I need anything.
