This gym has changed my life! The women are so welcoming, encouraging and kind! The workouts make you feel good and the coaches help guide you to push yourself and keep up with the routines. I can’t recommend this gym enough!

The Spirt, the support and energy at Evo Fit is everything I was looking for in a gym. I love the focus on the importance of muscle strength in women, especially as we age. The staff and crew understand that our time is valued. Therefore we are in and out with healthy heart rate and strong sweat in 45 minutes. I found my forever gym.

This place is everything I needed at age 68 and a lapse of many years of activity! In 6 months time I have gained a new circle of friends who genuinely care about each other AND I’ve lost 16 lbs and 8% body fat! I honestly look forward to going every morning and meeting up with these women who all have the same goals in mind…. to just become healthier and stronger than the day they first joined! The support is incredible and the staff is as good as it gets❤

I started at EvoFit in June 2022 in hopes that I would be able to get stronger and keep up with my grandchildren. The coaches are very encouraging and help with modifications if needed. All of the women I have met have all been encouraging and very kind. Women empowering women.

I have been at EvoFit for 14 months and cannot say enough about this journey. The coaches are so supportive, it makes you want to be there. The group of woman along your side is what makes this a wonderful experience. When you find yourself in doubt there’s always someone there to push you!!

I had never worked out in a gym or taken classes before I found EvoFit. They have been very encouraging and patient. All of the women help you to achieve your goals as a community. I am now down 25+ pounds and getting stronger and more stable every day. Thank you EvoFit! You have changed my life!!

I have been a member for 3 months now and I must say that this is by far the best gym I have ever belonged to. The owner Heather is so knowledgeable, devoted and inspiring. The atmosphere is very upbeat and all the coaches are amazing, caring and really make you feel like your part of this unique family. I also love that I am able to do the classes virtually or on demand in order to fit my schedule. There are so many extras that come with being a member at Evofit that you would not get at any other gym. I am enjoying being a member and am looking forward to gaining more knowledge about nutrition and watching my body change. I highly recommend this fun and amazing ladies boot camp, hands down!

Evofit is an amazing gym for women! It has a variety of classes and an open Flex Room so you can workout on your own time schedule. The coaches and clients are awesome. Everyone is supportive and helpful. Please do yourself a favor and TRY US! 21 days for $99. Unlimited classes!

I have been a member of Evofit for 4 1/2 years. I can't image going anywhere else. They are not your average gym. The coaches are amazing and are so great about modifying every workout for the special needs of the members. In addition, there is so much education available that members can take advantage of. If you are looking for a women's gym, look no further!

Love, love, love Evofit! I’ve been here for about 4 years and wouldn’t want to work out anywhere else. The coaches are outstanding and offer a variety of classes to meet your needs. This place nourishes your body, mind and soul. Great for all ages and fitness levels!

I've never been one to stick to a gym routine because I was always uncomfortable and would keep the same boring routine. Being at an all women's gym has been a game changer and I LOVE coming to Evofit! Since February they have helped me lose over 30lbs! Workouts are planned and instructed by coaches, meal plans, and an amazing support system. Invest in yourself and come to evofit!

Just had my third class and I can't express how great I feel not just physically but mentally. Everyone there is so welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Incredible group of women supporting one another. I'm happy I found such a great fit for me and my physical & mental health!

I’ve been a member of Evofit for 6 months and absolutely love it! The coaches are fantastic, friendly, fun & Fierce!!! When I walk out the door I’m on cloud 9! I’ve belonged to many gyms and this is nothing like any other fitness center. All women, and whole body workouts with some music cranking!

I love EvoFit! The coaches have been amazing keeping track of everyone's needs and really getting to know the women they work out with. Love this place! Everyone here is so supportive and truly care about YOU! I have opted to stay a member of the gym virtually during the pandemic and feel just as supported as if I was there in person. There are several types of classes that you can take live over zoom. There are weekly touch bases with the coaches and I find it gives me the boost of confidence I need! Heather is the owner/manager and she is one of the most genuine people I have met. I greatly appreciate how this gym is run. You truly feel like a valued member.

Evofit is not just a gym, it is filled with like minded women who want to do better for themselves in fitness and in health. Every single coach is motivating and helps you wherever you are in your journey. I’m so glad I joined.

EvoFit is a welcoming community. Women encourage one another, walk alongside the other’s journey & they meet you right where you are today. There are options for individual support with body & diet goals. So many transformations are celebrated on a regular basis. The staff, classes & instructors are top-notch and SO much fun! This is one my FAVORITE things about New Hampshire…EvoFit.
