CVS

Been coming here for a long time, and want to express my appreciation for the whole pharmacy team! I know their jobs aren’t easy and have witnessed many a customer take their frustration with doctors/insurance companies out on the staff, but they are always so patient and friendly and efficient. It really does make a difference to know that I can count on seeing smiling faces when I stop in!

Always a great experience shopping at my local Dover, NH CVS. The store is always clean and well stocked. Associates always have a ready smile. And the coupons and extra bucks are so fun to use and to watch the total cost keep dropping.

I switched my pharmacy from Walgreens to CVS and couldn't have made a better choice! I'm so relieved that now when I go to pick up my prescriptions that they CALLED AND SAID WERE READY WILL BE READY! And no more waiting DAYS for prescriptions to be refilled that I've had refilled for YEARS. Walgreens just majorly EATS BUTT big time

I spend more time at the pharmacy than most, and have always found the staff at this CVS to be most professional and courteous. Regardless of how busy they are, they take the time with each customer to assure quality service. A big thank you to Christine and the rest of the pharmacy staff!

I have always have a wonderful experience in this store. I shop their at least twice a week. Always greeted with a smile and very helpful staff in all areas. They are very helpful answering my questions and recommendations when it comes to over the count products. The pharmacy department is outstanding also, they are always busy but, never busy enough to help if you need medicine advice. A well run business with great people as employees. A +

Love this place and been coming here since it was a Prescott Farms, Care, and heard CVS wanted another spot, but for the convenience they can't be beat. I live next door so last minute or quick needs can be got here. Garelick milk, and beer, wine, soda, eggs, and seasonal and regular items. They got me to sign up for the card and think I used it-cannot resist the lowest shelf price. Dover bag and tags, and had my prescriptions here-the drive up is nice and offers quick service. And saw them deliver before too. We are lucky to have CVS in Dover and see familiar faces from 20 yrs. back, working and shoppers too. Still see Roberta from way back (there are 2). And nice since the landlord posted parking signs there was a big reduction in unauthorized traffic, though I still see car transfers from trailers here, I live steps away. The back of the store is always clear and they appreciated when I called to say someone was using their dumpster. Nice to be the eyes to deter this-see it often, and once a break in at the pizza house. And saw a plow guy run into a car, and bent some fencing. For the amount of snow though an excellent job and Peterson Dental always a welcome and pleasant neighbor and I have had him for a dentist too-highly recommend. So front to back CVS welcomes me and this from the DM. And I welcome them. In a strange twist of events when asked to enforce the provision of their lease which prevents Parsons from banning customers as they have, the attorney for CVS made false statements to the Court, US District, that CVS has "no recourse" in this matter, and I have notified the Court and filed a complaint against the attorney with the MA Bar, Board of Overseers. Very sad but seen it before-people that have to lie in order to avoid doing the right thing as the President (US) is doing-for heaven sakes what is the problem with telling Parsons to fix a wrong???? It could be done in a phone call as the real estate office of CVS told me directly. Smoke and mirrors, someone is smoking their breakfast (lunch and dinner). Fortunately for me my attorney in Portland, Me. is aware of all of this and attempted to resolve the matter and spoke the words I have written here. You people are very strange and are resisting doing the right, lawful and morally correct thing. Really???????????????????

This is for RX refills/using the available free shipping. I don't want to call the 800#. Because...well we all know where that goes! So not sure if staff will see and because I work in healthcare and can't get there....

The last couple months I've had stuff(TY!)...free. Today it showed up in the perfect pkg! Previously was in too large a box (trust me...I take quite a few RX's due to my lovely genetics)...today I actually said out loud...Thank you! Was a smaller USPS bag type...

Since I don't trust corporate to relay if I call...I'm gonna send a card... because yes I could call the store...but mail of niceness and thankfulness/gratitude is WAY better!

I watched the staff show so much patience throughout the pharmacy and front desk. They were busy in all areas and still took time with everyone. Super impressed

I absolutely love the Pharmacists here. They're very informative and extremely helpful. I've always felt welcome when picking up my prescriptions there and I love the notifications i receive.

Friendly staff and super convenient! Kelly makes going to the pharmacy not a chore. She’s the best!

I've almost always had a great experience with the store/pharmacy staff. I deducted a "star" as thier app and website are, at times, problematic and support for them is nearly non-existent. It's a shame to have to dock the store for the lack of support for their systems but in this day and age they are closely intertwined.

I am from Boston but spent the weekend in Dover recently. Around 730 PM I drove the short distance from my hotel, Hampton Inn, to this CVS location. First off it was very easy to find with a nicely lit and large parking lot. Upon entering I was immediately greeted warmly by an older female associate who went out of her way from stocking the shelves to directly address me and even ask frequently if I needed any help. While getting what I needed around the store I was continuously greeted by more associates. I instantly thought to myself this has to be the most attentive and gracious drug store, let alone CVS I have ever been to. The store aesthetics itself is basic. It is not upscale or super modern looking by any means, which I am accustomed to back home in the big city but it was perfect for that area & I had no problem with that. It was not dirty or cluttered and it was well lit, especially the cosmetics section. I knew it was taken care of by people who loved their job and loved people. When it came time to pay I did wait about 4 minutes before someone came to the front to complete my purchase but it wasnt a big deal to me. Even the check out process was a delight. That older female who initially greeted me was the one checking out my items and she made it a point to make sure I scanned my CVS rewards card and to ask if I had any coupons and such, which I normally forget these things. Overall this truly was a great experience for me. I definitely will head back to this CVS next time I am in Dover.
