Ross furniture was an absolute delight to work with! First off they came in with BY FAR the best price for the couch I was looking for. Saw the exact couch I wanted at some major retail stores Josh hands down had the best deal - not to mention awesome customer service! I had to reschedule the delivery three times (which I'm sure was beyond annoying) and they had no problem with making the rearrangement! I also bought my mattress from here and I could not be happier with it! Can’t preach it enough - SHOP LOCAL and if you’re looking for any new furniture, do yourself a favor and check out Ross before you make a purchase elsewhere!!!!

ALSO everyone that comes over flips out about how comfortable the couch is! 10/10 recommend!!!

We just got our first non-hand-me-down couch from the team in Dover. I found their staff to be patent, knowledgeable and kind. They helped us get a great sectional that fit our room great. Their movers were incredibly accommodating and clean. The owner said that if a problem with the furniture occurs that they deal with the company directly. This gave me peace of mind. Would highly recommend to others!

Went in on a Friday afternoon for a recliner and got it delivered the follow Monday! Great service, delivery, removal of old recliner. Highly recommend.

They are awesome! I bought a mattress there a year and a half ago. I’ve had to replace it twice now, never did I ever realize that a mattress was covered under a warranty. Anyways, long story short, the customer service skills that you get there, you will not ever get anywhere else! They are polite, friendly, and will always go the extra mile to be sure you are happy from start of purchase to delivery!

Ross was great! We ordered furniture for an addition we were getting done. With all the delays for COVID, the addition took longer than expected. Ross held our furniture for over 6 months at no cost to us. When we were ready for delivery, they were so fast to deliver, and set up was done quickly. The furniture is BEAUTIFUL and very well made, and prices were extremely reasonable. Everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Take your time shopping and ask about the different pieces. They are very knowledgeable about the furniture and the manufacturing companies.

My Mom wanted a new mattress and insisted on going to Ross Furniture. I was sceptical as with online mattress sales driving down the price of mattresses, I expected Ross to be outrageously expensive. I was pleasantly surprised to find this wasn't the case. Yes, there are cheaper mattresses available online but Ross Furniture had quality at the same price or cheaper than the online stores. They also included delivery and removal of the old mattress. The delivery guys were polite and careful. My only word of warning would be that the two flights of stairs to their mattress gallery might be a bit much if you're older (Mom is north of 85).

Couldn't ask for a better experience and I have to say thank you so much to 1Jason. He is amazing and a blessing always looking out for people. Ross Furniture epitomizes the charm and customer service that often comes with a family owned business. This store never fails to accommodate my myriad of needs as an interior decorator. I have worked for years with Josh and he is incredibly helpful. All staff/family are helpful and downright pleasant. It's a great atmosphere and you quickly get the feeling that you are amongst friends and family.

Earlier this week, I went to five furniture stores in search of a couch. It became clear to me that, due to Covid supply chain disruption, there would be no couch in my client's near future. I then decided to drive to Dover to see what Ross Furniture could do for me. Within 30 minutes I found the perfect sofa, was able to buy it off the floor (which no furniture stores are doing now) and came under budget. You can't ask for more than that!

Love Ross furniture have shopped here for years. My family and I have bought a lot furniture from them. I always tell everyone Ross Furniture is the place to go!
