Loved working here as a provider! Will definitely miss this place once I leave but so very grateful for the understanding, hardworking, and knowledgeable staff who helped me at the beginning of my army medical journey!!!!

I’ve always had great experiences as a patient here especially with knocking out walk-in immunizations. Make sure that you plan extra time if you don’t have an appointment because they can get busy.

Great staff and establishment. I have been to quite a few military clinics and this one is so far top tier. Keep up the good work!

Idk about the medical stuff but these m&ms are pretty lit

Got here early in the morning, and have been waiting for over an hour to be seen even after bringing it to the staff’s attention that I’ve been waiting for a long time. To make it worse, people that are just coming in or have only been waiting for about five minutes have been called before me consistently. I literally only need 4 medications, and was brought here from sick call. All the staff can tell me is that walk ins are being selected at random. Might as well be as bad as Samaritan with the wait times. This is just plain ridiculous.

Horrible. Took us all day to get a simple prescription for antibiotics. When we got to the pharmacy... The clinic had never sent them the prescription. Now everyone is closed and can't get it until next week. Wasted our time and ruined our weekend! Kind of place that makes you hate people. Avoid!

Never answer the phones, change appointment dates when they feel like it without prior communication, and close your appointment within 5 min of it starting (regardless of if they changed it without contacting you).

Mean personal on power trip. Need some communication and customer service training. Also suck with appointment management

The absolute worst they say health care is free but they forgot to put in the fine print how much hell you have to go through to get it

I’m not surprised but apparently you gotta jump through hoops in order to see a nutritional specialist. They told me I am not allowed to see one unless I go through something and my thyroid levels are not good. Last time I checked, you can go to a nutritional specialist anywhere else for so many more reasons than just that. The basic job and definition is to support digestive issues such as IBS, IBD, bloating, indigestion, etc. Training for a sports event or trying to improve overall fitness. To gain general healthy eating advice (including practical recommendations and recipes) To seek advice on how to support an existing health condition through nutrition. You would think they encourage people to see them here on an Army base but I guess not.

Can't get in and out fast enough to not directly affect my duty day. Results are never absolute outside vitals. Weak customer focus.

Most civilian medical personal are rude and are terrible. They rush you and the people that answer the phone have attitudes everytime.

Worst doctors. Worst appointment scheduling.
