Starbucks

Well, it's East Side Mario's. The food is simple but good, the fresh baked roll is a nice touch and the salad is very good.
The service is excellent, we didn't have to wait, we got information and suggestions from the friendly waitress.
The atmosphere is nice, that of a bustling restaurant. It can get noisy, though.
I think that it's nice and predictable.

Edmund, Katrina and Giselle are 11/10. They’re always so kind to me and never give me a hard time when I don’t like my drink. My day is always made when I see them because of their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this Starbucks. Good coffee but even better people.

Me and my family always come to this Starbucks near HWY 81 in Arsenal road in Watertown, NY because it's conveniently located close to city and all the stores. It's also close to gas stations and restaurants in the area. Their service and the way they make the drinks and the food is one of the best we've ever had! We'll come back again for a pick me up tomorrow! We just love our Starbucks!!

The staff was very busy talking with each other instead of serving the customers. Trash can was overflowing, and the entrance door was extremely dirty.

The coffee tasted great, they were quick to get me my drink. Highly recommend

Super friendly and always taking their time to answer questions. I like how I could just come in and order, and take a seat. I just like how they keep it neat.

They are always so kind and have great service. I haven’t had an order messed up since I started going there.

Always friendly service from this super busy, often short staffed location. They do their best to keep up with the high demand in the area and make customers feel valued and welcome. In observing other customers as I wait for my drink, I would like to encourage other patrons to have patience and be kind.

This is a well oiled machine. The staff were clearly well trained and motivated. We complimented the shift manager and it was obvious that she was proud of her team. Highly recommended.

Went on the day when they were giving out the free holiday cups, and despite them being crazy busy they handled it awesome! Very organized to keep things running smoothly. Order was correct and delicious! The entire store and drive thru was crazy busy and they handled it great.

ISo this morning I went to this store to pick up an online order! A Toasted White Hot Chocolate! Pick it up really quick and after a while I figured it wasn’t a Hot Chocolate. It is actually the first time I got my drink wrong there. Mistakes happens and I totally understand! Not mad or nothing. It was coffee based and I can’t have coffee! Went back to the store and got it fixed in les than 2 minutes. I really don’t remember the girls names but they were the best honestly! I’d felt really grateful for it. These are the things that I think need to be shared the good ones!!!! Thanks Starbucks for always go above and beyond for the customers!!! 🥰

Always busy but need a caffeine kick. This Starbucks is fast and friendly. They are hard working crew and i think the customers should be nicer to these employees. I understand the service industry and I commend their beverage making skills every time I stop in.

Even though we spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru, our drinks were wonderful and made according to our orders. The employee was friendly and everyone looked like they were moving as fast as possible.

Mobile order, real nice customer service. Had my order ready within a couple of minutes. The parking lot is a little weird but over all would come back.

I go here too much ha but it’s always busy! Except to wait in the drive thru at least 20 minutes. Mobile order pick up seems to be significantly quicker. Never had a bad drink or bad service. Fantastic.
