Dunkin'

We were driving through Watertown and needed some iced coffee. The young man in the drive thru was SO friendly and polite. I have not had a positive fast food experience in a long time. He even asked if he could make my dog a pup cup. Beverage was great and customer service was impecable.

Fantastic Experience 👏😁 Right from when we walked in the door we were greeted by a friendly energetic employee who was super helpful filling us in on the new seasonal items. We also got a muffin that was very tasty. I think the employees name was Brian and he and the rest of the team nailed it tonight! 10/10 🎉

I usually use the app but my food is always ready. Thanks for making my mornings easy!

The ladies in the morning are amazing!!! They always know my order the moment I begin to order and go above and beyond to make sure my morning coffee is EXACTLY the way I like it!!

Had some cool choices.

Ordered on the app and everything was fresh and ready at the scheduled time. Super busy location, easy to get in and out of the large parking lot. Has limited space but still had room to turn our camper around. Close to I81 and lots of other amenities. Workers were polite and really hustled.

Service was fast and friendly. The staff made some great suggestions for my son who wasn't quite sure what he wanted.

Ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter, and the new Strawberry Dragonfruit drink for myself. My Mom got the buttered pecan iced coffee and a strawberry/sprinkle covered donut for my niece. The dotun was just adorable. 5 stars from both of us on he drinks as they were fantastic. Service was quick and the guy at the drive through was very polite.

We went to the drive threw. Great speedy service and always the best coffee around with excellent donut selection and taste. I had the Easter special with the marshmallow peeps.

No matter how busy they are, they always have a great selection. The staff is great.

They are always busy but the lines move quickly. Staff are always friendly and using the mobile app in the drive-thru is never complicated. This location is our go-to for a quick snack or road trip food!
Frozen Hot Chocolate is a family favorite!!

Relatively fast and haven’t had any issues with receiving the correct order. Some of the employees like to act goofy over the intercom when taking orders.

One of the better dunkins I've been to. Way better than the nasty dunkin on 11 by Ft Drum. Taylor was awesome! She was so nice. The dunkin on coffee and the one on 11 they just ignore you and they seem to hate life

My parents and I ordered coffee on the app and when we came in, found out the promotional drinks were no longer available, which was too bad, but definitely not the location's fault. Instead, one of the employees came out to ask what we wanted instead, and I got what he recommended. Yum! Definitely good taste in coffee. The staff were friendly, and all of the drinks tasted great and we're ready promptly after we came in (even with the confusion.) I'd definitely come here again!

Very nice, fun, friendly, and professional people. A great place to study without crazy noise.
P.s. the bathrooms are clean just as the rest of the place.

I liked it! Service at the counter was nice, and I enjoyed the baristas' recommendation. Very close to my hotel I was at.

The last DD we went to the lady working the drive through had a attitude and was extremely rude so it was nice to come to one where the guy working the drive through was patient and kind. I had a hard time seeing his name tag but I believe his name is Chase. It definitely started with a C but his name wasn't on the receipt. He seemed to be the only one in there making our large order and he was just super nice and even apologized for the long wait but we didn't mind the wait because he was so nice and friendly. Just really wanted to give him a shout out for being awesome.

Bryan (Brian? I can't remember how it was spelled) is THE most amazing employee I have ever seen in this store. His energy lights up the room and his friendly and kind personality makes him an asset to this location.
I regularly visit this store based on his excellent service alone, and will continue to do so as long as he's there.

Thank God this Dunkin is in town. Across you’ll experience a horrible Starbucks that doesn’t keep up with its customers and the drinks sometimes come out unsatisfactory. I have found that this particular Dunkin has exceptional service and the drinks are consistent in quality.
